Hello, I've read this forum for years and this is my second attempt at NBE. The first try was a half-hearted hypnosis/fenugreek/massage routine, and it worked a bit, but I lost the growth when I stopped. My stats:Asian (does this matter?) Age: 18, no children 5'4", ~105 lbs Taking Yaz birth control Beginning Bust Size: 32AA Beginning measurement around the breasts: 31.25 inches Body Build: thin; rounder butt and stomach, very thin upper body Goal: a big 32B Routine:Morning, afternoon, and evening 610 mg Fenugreek 530 mg Dong Quai 480 mg Fennel Seed 430 mg Red Clover Blossoms 450 mg Damiana Leaves Morning and evening 360 Chi massage rotations with ~2 mL 14% Wild Yam Cream Totals:1830 mg Fenugreek 1590 mg Dong Quai 1440 mg Fennel Seed 1290 mg Red Clover Blossoms 1350 mg Damiana Leaves 4 mL topically applied Wild Yam Cream -------- I purchased flat2fab but it is not as exciting as I hoped it would be. I've only been on this routine for 2 days, so any advice would be very much appreciated! I already have gas, I think because of the fenugreek

You're finally BE-legal! lol Well, in theory- this is a good starting point. However, a reading of your system in particular- the fenugreek, dong quai, red clov, damiania are all going to cause you physical grief with little overall breast growth. You seem to only need these things daily: wild yam herb (internal) [1500mg ramp up to 3500mg over 3 months], vitamin C 500mg, vitamin D 450mg, and bare or lotion massage when you itch. Good luck! Your levels look a bit high to start with, especially for all you are taking.
Just curious, what led to the decision to use Dong Quai, Red Clover, and Damiana?
Have you found other routines (both here and on Eve's forum) where someone similar to you grew successfully? Have you considered Chicken Foot Soup? (yes, I'm serious)

To be honest, I took the list of herbs that flat2fab suggested along with a list of things I had seen on these boards, went to Vitamin World, and bought whatever I could find, and took them 3x a day.
I feel rather ill, like gassy and I have a constant headache. I figured I would use trial and error, but I'm not really sure how to do it. I tried dowsing during my first attempt but I feel like it didn't really work.
I bought the things that Wen suggested, so I might start those really soon. Help!

Yeah...the best, best way to try something out is to use one thing at a time isolated. Since the whole BE process can take a long time in the first place- one starts w/ BE basics like fenu, saw palm, wild yam and vitamins. In your case, since you've already got all this unpleasantness going on, start w/ one herb at a time. I say wild yam and the vitamins. Wen'

If you took what you have listed all at once before ramping up, I would not be at all surprised that you feel the way you do.
If you are going to try the things that Wen suggested, it is important to know why so that you can eventually take over with the knowledge that you will have gained. Flat to Fab has some good information in it, but is not what Lucy grew on. See her routine to see what she actually grew on.
I think what Wen suggested looks good, but would add fenugreek, and would say to only take the Wild Yam during the luteal phase of your cycle. Ramp your dosages up slowly. See madredesiete's routine. But more than that, I think waiting until the late spring to start is a better idea, no matter what you decide. The difference is, your body will be in a better state to do this, and by then you will have learned a lot more.

See "Trial and Error Explained" in the General Section. I changed my mind - I put it in Madredesiete's Routine.
