Profile: Slender 5'5" 104 lbs. AA-A breasts asian (does that matter?) I looked through a few of the routines, and I came up with this. I definitely need help/suggestions though.. I feel pretty lost and confused hehe Fenugreek-starting at 500mg 3xdaily, ramping up to 1000mg 3x daily Saw Palmetto-starting at 500mg 3xdaily, ramping up to 1000mg 3x daily Wild Yam-starting at 500mg 3xdaily, ramping up to 1000mg 3x daily Evening Primrose Oil-starting at 500mg 3xdaily, ramping up to 1000mg 3xdaily Flax Seed Oil-1000mg 3xdaily (3000mg daily) GABA (500mg) at night--solgar Fennel? does that sound ok, or am I overdoing something or missing something? also, a few more questions: 1) what is the evening primrose oil for? I made this routine awhile ago, so I must have seen it in other peoples' routines, but I don't seem to find it now. 2) should I replace flax seed oil with fish oil? I saw wen's post on microberry's routine. how do those 2 oils compare? 3) how do people know if they are estrogen or progesterone dominant? 4) I found a few of these herbs at greenbush, but couldnt find the rest. Where do you guys buy them? Sorry I have so many questions hehe, and thanks!!!

Ans 1) EPO's theorized to increase GLA. GLA + aromatase + heat= Estrogen So if you're hairy and form muscle easily..EPO could be for you. Ans 2) Both supply omega-3's. thanks wen! I'm not hairy, and dont seem to form muscles, so I guess i wont take EPO.
i'm not allergic to seafood...but one time after I ate flaxseed, I had some awful digestion problems... so I may be allergic to flaxseed (or more likely it was food poisoning)
I havent ordered stuff yet, its so expensive! I'll get around to it very soon, I'm getting excited to get started!

yet another question (sorry i have so many, and THANNNNK YOU to all the helpful experts!!) i found that im missing red clover, protein shakes, and fennel tea from my routine. are these things i should add, or do i not need them?

ooo update! i added peppermint to my boobie batter, as i saw some people had it (and it smells so nice!), and for the first time ever, i got a little soreness!!!

new routine! Fenugreek-starting at 1125mg 3x daily Wild Yam-1700mg 3x daily Flax Seed Oil -1000mg 3xdaily
Saw Palmetto—500mg night (only at nights bc i get headaches) Borage Oil—1300 night GABA (500mg) at night
nightly massages with booooobie batter
thinking about some fennel, but I really hate the taste of fennel tea.

Hi Stephie , Are you taking 1125mg fenugreek, and 1700mg WY a day? Or 1125mg Fenugreek 3x a day and 1700mg WY 3x a day?

I'm taking that dose 3 times a day, so I guess that's 3375 fenu and 5100mg WY per day. By the way, thanks so much for all the helpful responses candy, im so new and clueless, its nice to get advice on all this stuff!

Hi Stephie You're taking to much Fenugreek & WY. Given your starting size you should've started with the lowest possible dosage. Somewhere between 1500mg-1800mg max daily. Imo you should stop everything now. Start again at the start of follicular cycle on lower dosages. If you don't want to stop now, then skip a couple doses and continue on lower doses. Candy

oh shoot! haha ok, well luckily i just increased the doses 2 days ago, so maybe i can start taking the lower doses again.
I was doing 575 3x daily of fenugreek, making 1725, and 850 of wy 3x, making 2500 wy.
I'll follow your advice and lower the wy to twice a day, making 1700. haha i'm always happy to take fewer pills!

New Routine!
AM 500mg FG 725mg WY 1000mg flax

PM 500mg FG 725mg WY 1000mg flax 500mg SP (only at night bc of headaches) 500mg GABA 1000mg(?) borage oil
nightly massages with FG, peppermint, olive oil. 2 drops DMSO after.
I'm looking to add fennel and red clover to the routine.

Hi Stephie , Your new routine looks much better , fenugreek and fennel have the same properties, so if you're going to use Fennel as well as Fenugreek, consider them one herb. Don't exceed 2000mg daily of the 2 combined Candy

AM 575mg FG 480mg fennel 425mg WY 1000mg flax 430 RC
MID 575mg FG 425mg WY 1000mg flax 430mg RC
PM 575mg FG 480mg fennel 425mg WY 1000mg flax 430mg RC 575mg SP (only at night bc of headaches) 500mg GABA 1300mg borage oil

TOTAL: 1725mg FG 960mg fennel 1275mg WY 3000mg flax 1290mg RC 575mg SP 500mg GABA 1300mg Borage oil
I noticed with this routine i'm exceeding 2000mg of fennel+FG (I'm at 2685mg). I didnt know how to fix it... I thought I should have FG 3 times a day, since that seems to be one of the more important herbs, but I didnt want to take fennel only once a day, since that seemed too minimal. Any suggestions? =)
