Hi Microberry , First, its not that unusual for sensations to taper off during the second half of your cycle when progesterone levels are rising. I have no sensations what-so-ever during Luteal cycle, the sensations actually start tapering off during ovulation. You didn't say whether or not you had sensations during Follicular cycle. If you did then I wouldn't worry so much about the absence of sensations during the second half of your cycle. Second, a good B vitamin will help your body fight any physical stress on your body. I found a great multi-vitamin with a ton of B vitamin thats helping me in general. Let me know if you'd like the link to check them out. If you don't get any sensations back after your period you should consider ramping up or down. You can dowse about which one you need to do, and I'll check whatever you come up with. Lastly, I Love Trader Joe's!!! I'm a regular in that store. My kids like it too, 'cause they get balloons everytime we go ;D

Candy, I think this is were my problems lays. I never got sensattions after my period. I only got sensations and swelling during luteal phase, never during follicular. When my period starts all sensations go away, pain, swelling and don’t come back until a few days before my period. Which tells me nothing out of the ordinary is happening. The only time I got sensation during the follicular, was when I first started the herbs. But I think my body go use to it so quickly that it just adjusted itself. So now I am not even getting any sensations before my period anymore. I’ll try dowsing after my period and see if I need to ramp up or down.

Hi , Maybe thats what your problem is, but maybe not. It seems like for every 10 members you see that grow in follicular. You can find 10 more that grow mid-cycle or during menses. You've just got to get to a point where you see some consistency. I don't think there is a right or wrong time per se to have "growing pains" because all of our bodies respond to whatever form of B.E. we're using differently. Can you update your routine and anything else you're doing for B.E?

Hi Candy, Here is my routine I am currently taking: AM: FG 620 mg 1x SP 575 mg 2x RC 575 mg 2x FE 575 mg 2x WY 400 mg 1x Goji Juice 1oz. Noon: SP 575 mg 1x RC 575 mg 1x Protein Bar PM: FG 620 mg 1x SP 575 mg 2x RC 575 mg 2x FE 575 mg 2x WY 400 mg 1x Massages only sporatic due to lack of time with Aloa Vera Gel. I dropped all the oils I was taking. I also dropped the Licorice (just took it a little ober 1 months as I read that it should not be taken for an extented period of time). Maybe you can make sense of this.

Hi Microberry , Checked your checklist and confirmed all accept your SP dosage. You can drop one capsule for a total of 2300mg. FG and Fennel looks Good. Try to massage whenever you get a free moment. The amount of time you do it isn't as important as the action itself . Wishing you Lots of Growing Pains!!!!!! Candy

Thanks Candy!
You’ve been super helpful. This combination really seems to feel right. I am on day 12 of my cycle and the soar sensation is tappering off, but my breast still feel full. I hope I’ll get a little more growth next cycle.
How did it work for you? Did you get a little more growth each cycle? or was it more sporatic? I think you mentioned that you grew during follicular which seemed to be the case for me this time around and I guess I am hoping for it to happen again next cycle.
I am also drinking fenugreek/fennel tea two cups a day. My appetite has gone up but I feel like I am gaining weight. I don’t want to diet because it interferes with the growth, but at the same time I really have to start watching my weigh now. Any suggestions?

Hi Microberry , I'm glad to help, it sounds like you've found your routine! I've gotten growth each cycle. Usually a 1/2 inch. Always during follicular. It has been really consistent and I actually look forward to getting my period now ;D. Don't worry about the weight gain, your body is just adjusting to this combination of herbs. Its only temporary, and I got indications that it will only be 5lbs, if that much. So eat all you want, its good for BE . Candy

Thank you Candy, very interesting. I can’t wait myself to get my period again to see what happens. Very exciting. Hope I won’t be disapointed.
I am still soar. Do these growing pains stay with you throughout the whole NBE process if you are on the right routine? I guess it’s so individual like everything else in NBE. Well I learned to loooove my pains ;D
I guess 5lb I can handle.
I also added eating a hard boild egg each day. And if I need a snack, I go for the PowerBar Protein Plus. Yesterday I had three dinners. Hope it all goes in the right place ;D

Well I learned to loooove my pains I can only speak from my experience so far- Yes I have had pains every cycle so far. They are not as intense as the first and second cycle but I still have them I guess as long as you are on the right combo of pills you'll continue to get them. I saw your Stat's Page ;D Way To Grow Girl!!!!!!!! I'm so happy for you! Candy

I got my period early and I have no sensations. (Day two of my cycle) I am wondering if it’s time to ramp up on some of the herbs. I am also reading the threads about Red Clover and how it might not do so much for BE. Here is what I am thinking of doing but would love to get some input from you guys if you think it makes any sense: AM: FG 620 mg 1x ramp up to 2x SP 575 mg 2x RC 575 mg 2x ramp down or drop completely FE 575 mg 2x WY 400 mg 1x 1 Multi-vitamin (Life Extensions: Two per day) Goji Juice 1oz. Noon: RC 575 mg 1x drop add WY 400 mg 1x PM: FG 620 mg 1x ramp up to 2x SP 575 mg 2x RC 575 mg 2x ramp down or drop completely FE 575 mg 2x WY 400 mg 1x 1 Multi-vitamin (Life Extensions: Two per day) Candy, I ready your routine again and thought this might work. Your suggestions have really worked well for me in the past. I’d love to her what you think! Or should I wait it out a little longer before I make any adjustments? I am going to Europe next week for two weeks and wanted to make sure I’ll bring enough of the right herbs to not interrupt my routine, so I’d love to figure it out in the next few days if that is possible

Updated routine 11/14/07:
AM: FG 620 mg 2x SP 575 mg 2x FE 575 mg 1x WY 400 mg 1x 1 Multi-vitamin (Life Extensions: Two per day) Goji Juice 1oz.
Noon: add WY 400 mg 1x
PM: FG 620 mg 2x SP 575 mg 2x WY 400 mg 1x 1 Multi-vitamin (Life Extensions: Two per day)
I started this routine 11/14/07 but have not yet gotten any sensations back and usually seem to get them within two days of a successful tweak. Thinking of keeping this thru this cycle and maybe going back to previous routine that was successful and then just stopped giving me pains, who knows...
I'll saty positive that it'll work for me again. Maybe it does have something to do with the time of year!
And of course, Thank you for all of you who always seem to help and keep me thinking positive, wouldn't be able to do it without your support!!!

Hi Microberry,
I did dowse for you. Firstly, I did ask "P" if your routine is still healthy for you and I got a yes. Second I asked if something in your routine was causing the irregular cycle and got a yes. Seems its the fennel. Drop that completely for now. Third, I asked if there is anything you can do to regulate your cycle. "P" spelled out Kelp. Kelp is can be used to stimulate an under active thyroid. An under active thyroid can cause short cycles. Don't consider Kelp a part of your routine. You should take it for 4 weeks to 6 weeks. Hopefully that will get your period back on track. You don't need to replace the fennel with any new herbs. You can ramp up the fenugreek accordingly if you need to.
I hope this helps! Oh...have you been able to dowse at all? If so, double-check all I've said
Talk to You Later, Candy
Candy,
thank you so much for checking. I am going to try to double check your results. My dowsing effords are very unreliable for me. But I'll try.
I wonder if Fenugreek does work for me at all. You confirmed my suggestion to ramp down fennel and red clover and ramp up fenugreek, but while I was on that routine I did not get any sensations at all. So a few days ago, the first day of my early cycle, I decided to go back to the previous routine that I had some success with:
AM: FG 620 mg 1x SP 575 mg 2x RC 575 mg 2x FE 575 mg 2x WY 400 mg 1x Goji Juice 1oz.
Noon: SP 575 mg 1x RC 575 mg 1x Protein Bar
PM: FG 620 mg 1x SP 575 mg 2x RC 575 mg 2x FE 575 mg 2x WY 400 mg 1x
hoping I would get some sensation back and I did since yesterday. I am thinking of staying on it to see if my period comes back early again. I am just happy I got some tenderness back during follicular, which I hope means some growth.
I'll also add the Kelp once I get back to the states. If my period is early again, I'll try dropping the fennel and ramp up the fenugreek but I have a suspition that I won't get any sensations from that combo. I also wonder now if I need the red clover.
Something I also noticed is that my sex drive goes thru the roof on this routine. Is that a good sign or a bad sign for BE as I keep reading that a lot of women complain about the opposite. Does it mean my testosteron is too high? Would that not be beneficial?

I just don’t seem to be able to keep my growth I measured today and I am back to 32" Does anyone have experience with adding L-arginine, L-lysine or glutamine? And seen it make a difference? Is one better then the other? Or does it need to be a combination? I just don’t know what to do or change? I get great sensation on my current routine until I get my period. And then it’s like a flatline. Everything stops. No sensation, I get deflated and I feel like I have to change something for a little bit and then start over again with that same routine. I feel like I am getting nowhere
