Oh Wen, you are so right! I am into my 2nd day of my cycle and the swelling is gone No sensations. No pains or soreness. I am bumbed. So, I am thinking I should ramp up maybe 500mg each of the herbs (FG, SP, RC, WY). I started two weeks ago and I think it’s time, right? I am going to try to dowse on this tonight—first time! I’ll let you know how it goes.

ok, so I dowsed for the first time! 1. I got a yes for my current routine 2. I got a yes for ramping this routine up 3. I asked if I could potentially reach a D cup on this routine and I got a yes 4. I asked if it is the maximum size I would be able to reach and I got a no 5. I asked if I could reach a DD and I got a yes
then I got a little freaked out and stopped...
I think i’ll try again later today see if I get the same answers.
i had my bloodwork done last week and on the suggestion of my doc I am adding a B complex as well.
I am on my third day of my period and after I felt very flat yesterday, today my bra feels very tight again. Weird.
The more I read, the more questions I have.
I am just going to asked away and hop you guys can help me figure it out:
a. when is the best time to measure, one week after your period?
b. Wen, somewhere I read a post from you that pains are good...I understand that, then I read somewhere, were you said...eventually you want no pains...pain good..no pain, then grow...or something like that???
c. Since I am an “older woman” (42) should I add GABA or L'arginine?
d. If I am making my own boobie batter and want to add DMSO, do I get the 99% concentrate? or the cream combos?
e. during which section/time of our cycle do the breasts grow? or do we not know?
f. Is mirifem the same as pueraia mirifica?
g. I am hearing it's best way is to ramp up slowly, but then I also read comments like...those amounts are too low to actually get some growth...so wouldn’t you want to ramp up quickly to the amount you can grow at and stay there as long as possible???
I know too many questions, but hopefully some of you have answers for me!
Thank you!

So it stands to reason that there are certain charges we have depending on what's going on. Ans A) Yes Ans B) Pain, no pain, itchies, grow Ans C) If you don't have a regular cycle, then it could be something to consider Ans D) 99% (only use a few drops, and freshly cleaned is best. Ans E) If they are growing during 1st half..you'll got 'real deal' going on. Ans F) Yes Ans G) Ramping means increasing dose..seeing if you respond then staying or adding more. Need to see how you respond as you ramp. Get the pills you have. Hold p..see how it moves. You don't have to ask a thing to know whether or not your body needs those items. To know how many pills...does require some questions. At least you can figure out what you need stock off. BTW, Vit B is a great idea for you. Wen'

Wen, you are the best! Thank you for all your helpful answers!!!!

Ans G) Ramping means increasing dose..seeing if you respond then staying or adding more. Need to see how you respond as you ramp.
I had strong pains the 3rd + 4th week after I first started NBE. Then I got my period last Friday and since then I have no sensation at all, swelling went down. So I ramped up on Sunday. No response...nothing.
Does that mean if I have no sensation and nothing seems to happen now during my 1st and 2nd week I need to ramp up more hoping for a sensation and if nothing happens I need to change my routine?

I am ramping up my amounts of FG, SP, RC and WY. So far nothing is happening. I have not gotten any sensation back. I am planning to ramp up to 3000 mg ea. per day.

It takes time to see things (months) not days. Ramping up to 3g's would be a mistake.
Keep your same regimen where you had the pains. Let the body get used to responding. If you want to tweak, add a little more fennel. Initially you swell, then a 2-3 months later (if on the right items) you'll start growing during the 'optimal' times.

Alright, Wen, I really appreciate your response!!!! I was getting very discouraged. I totally flattened out. I think I am smaller then when I started. I don’t even want to measure. I got such strong response at first, pains, swelling, everything and then flat line, nothing, so I thouht I needed to increase amounts because my body got use to the small dosages. Guess I was wrong. So I’ll go back to where I was initially and add some fennel. And hope something will happen in the next two/three months! I thought if you had no response in one month you were on the wrong routine and it was time to tweak? I keep monitoring my weight every day and it’s pretty much the same, between 111 - 113.5 lb, but I feel like I am gaining weight...I feel a lot squishier if that makes any sense? Do these herbs do that? Is it the estrogen?

Aaah, the squishes. The body is readjusting the fats. That's why you need to give it time on a regimen for the body to finish responding. You should tweak after two months and nothing is happening (no tape measure change, no sensations).

“readjusting the fats”....what do you mean by that? Yeah, I fel like I am getting fat, but I don’t gain weight? It’s weird.

Just a little update...
Besides the two weeks of initial swelling and major soreness, nothing seem to have changed. No growth. After the swelling went down I feel like I had shrunk.
Then, with Wen’s advice I added some fennel to my first routine. I have been feeling very slight, I’m talking hardly noticable, pains.
I also started to break out. So, I’m trying to figure out if this is a good thing?
I’m in my 3rd week of my cycle and thought I should be swelling again, but nothing has happend so far.
My appetit has decreased, which I’m not too sad about since I got squishy all over not just in my boobs. But then I’m thinking where is the fat going to come from that is suppose to go into my breasts?
Sometimes I feel like my boobs are itchy, but I think it’s just from the cream I massage with rubbing against my bra.
I ran out of Wild Yam two days ago wondering if I need replace it or just see what happens without it?
I guess I’m just a little down about this fluctuating BE journey...

Actually- you're in the beginnings of growth- break outs are an indication of raised testosterone levels. If you're body temperature is good, then you'll convert to estrogen which means more fats. Trust the sensations you feel. It takes 3-4 months to grow 1/2 - 1 cup. Make sure the fennel is at 2g's/day and keep the wild yam at 400-500mg. Give your body time to respond. Wen'

I’ve been thinking and reading about why I am feeling my body is not responding well to my BE routine. I read that high stress is an inhibiting factor and I have a very high-stress, long-hours kind of job! I was wondering if it would be beneficial to add Licorice root to my program. I tryed to dowse on it and am getting a faint, hesitant “yes” I would really appreciate if someone could confirm this for me? I am new to dowsing, so I feel very unsure about it.
I am about a week away from my period and have hardly any tenderness or swelling at all. If the addition would be a good idea, I would start at the beginning of my next cycle and continue for a month. I belive it is suggested not not exceed 4-6 weeks with Licorice root.

Microberry-
You're a Group 2 dowser- so you really should do it limited days. Lucky you- 15 days of each cycle you're 'clear' to dowse. It's mostly your ovulation and follicular days.
K, so you should use DGL licorice (not regular). That's why the faint yes.

Hmm, wondering.
I dowsed on the question if I should wait to add the DGL licorice until my first day of my period and got a NO.
Then I asked if I should add DGL licorice to my routine right away to help my breasts grow and I got a YES.
So, I guess I’ll start tonight.
