I've been on this roller coaster for quite some time now...Here is my current routine:

24 years old, no kids
112lbs
5'4
32B cup..I think (32A leaves way too many marks)
25in. underbust
31.5in overbust
25in waist
35in hips
Veggie..not vegan
-Not very athletic, but I have a petite frame (the love handles and cellulite are coming around!)
Goal: large C/small D (I feel so out of proportion with my hips!)
Current Program:
AM
-2 st herb pills in the AM, with soy milk and carnation instant breakfast power
-1 borage oil capsule
-1 flaxseed capsule 1000mg
-1 gelatin capsule
-1 saw palmetto cap 600mg
PM
-2 st herb pills PM
-1 borage oil capsule
-1 flaxseed oil capsule 1000mg
-1 gelatin capsule
-1 multi-vitamin (women's one-a-day)
-1 Milk thistle capsule 1000mg
-1 saw palmetto cap 600mg
Around last year I did attempt to try NBE..but that was very short-lived. First, I bought quite a few herbs from greenbush and I ended up gaining extra weight on my hips..which I didnt need! Then I went with brava, but with trying to be discreete at home..this was not a good option for me! I still have my domes, but one dome just wont hold suction and drives me at my wit's end. I think I will hold on to them for use in the future.
This time around I decided to try pueraria mirifica. I bought mirefem pills and cream at first, and the pills didnt do much for me. I was a bit short on extra spending money so I took a month long break (Basically just wasted money for the first month =(
I just finished my first cycle with St. Herb pills and cream. Sad enough to say that I dont have any changes this month either. I did however recently stop taking bcp...I waited about a week or two and then started st. herb pills after a liver cleanse with milk thistle. 15 days on and 15 days off...had my first real period in 3 years (no bcp). I'm still continuing with the PM cream massages..I tried to incorporate the GY program..but my hands just cant take it. I've been doing the circular massages that st herb recommends.
