Here are my stats and basic rundown of my routine
Sex: Female age- 24 Height: 5’6” Weight: 107 Bust: A Ribcage: 32 Ethnicity: caucasian
- i have a fast metabolism, do light work out 3-4 times a week... more for muscle tone and general health, i dont smoke, and drink ocasionally. - I am on Yaz birth control, and never had children
-Herbs: Fenugreek, SP, WY (greenbush herbs, 575mg), epo, (ramp up method) -also taking multivitamin with b complex, and zinc -i also drink apple cider vinegar daily for other health benefits, and i eat mostly organic food when i can, and trying to incorporate more protein into my diet. -Massage: booby batter (borage oil, fenugreek, and olive oil) with heat applied after. Done at night time, and usually sleep with the solution on. - I drink fenugreek tea while at work durring the day, and fennel tea at night around the time of my massage.
so far im in my second week...
I ramped up on day one of my cycle, and the only days i felt anything in the begining was the second day when i took 2 fenugreek. What i felt those days were sharp pains, but very random, and maybe 4 times a day. and they eventually went away after sticking with it for another day... so i continued to ramp up.
I ramped all the way up to 3 of each herb and felt nothing, kept with it for a few days, and ramped up to 4 fg, 3sp, and 3 wy on day 11... that day i felt dull/moderate aches all day and have been on that dose for 3 days so far. the aches seem to be weakening, so im taking that as a sign to ramp up. but i will do so after a break on day 14.
My biggest fear is stalling, so im taking it slow! Hopefully im reading my body signs or aches and pains correctly! Any advice would greatly be appreciated ;D

I'd say you're on the right track. Keeping in tune with your body, just like you are doing, is probably the most powerful thing you can do to make sure your dosages are always effective. The routine you are on also looks good.

Ok I am now on day 15... Instead of just taking one day break, i took 2 (day 13 & 14) because i was in NYC and actually didnt have time to keep with the dosages.
Today (day 15) I ramped up to: 5 FG (2875) 3 SP (1725) 3 WY (1725) 3 EPO (1500)
I feel pretty much the same as i did when i was on 4 FG, but the aches last pretty much all day, although they are still dull and a little tingly.
Whenever i was going through puberty i never really remember being in that much pain, except only when i would bump my chest on my desk or something like that... they only hurt to the touch. So i wonder if i wont have any really strong growth pains?
I guess ill stick with this and see what my body tells me! oh, i think they seem to have shrank... and i know that for some people they shrink before they grow... so hopefully thats my case!

Today is day 17 on my first cycle... still sticking with the 5FG, 3sp, 3wy... Aches have pretty much gone away. So im not sure if i am taking too much, and if i should go back to taking the 4,3,3... I guess im not sure how long i should stick with this (5,3,3) until i know whether i have or have not stalled???
The herbs im using are greenbush... so with 5 a day at 2875, compared to 4 a day at 2300, im assuming might be too much of a ramp up considering i am pretty small anyway, and have a petite body.

Sometimes variety helps. Maybe back down in dose a coupla days. It's ideal to do this at the start of your period.

Thanks! I actually ramped back down to 4fg for a few days, and when i didnt feel any pains i ramped back up to 5fg.
I also added oregano to my routine, for the last half. Im using 150mg 3x a day. not sure how much to use, but ill see if this does anything.
I started taking the oregano when i was on 4 fg, 3sp, 3wy... but didnt feel anything. Once i decided to ramp back up to 5fg, 3sp, and 3wy i started to feel fuller and really sore, but only sore when pressure is applied such as durring the massage. I am hoping this is a good sign and they are on their way to growth! I have never had soreness like this ever before my period... ive had swelling.... but never soreness.
I will ramp back down towards the end of my cycle, around the time of my period and get ready for cycle #2! ;D

So I am looking to try this again! I am no longer on BC and I am hoping that this should improve results! The only time i felt significant tingles or aches was when i was taking 4 550mg FG, SP and WY and doing a massage. I felt that since i was on BC at the time this hindered results. I'm looking to restart my routine again soon, now that I'm off of BC. Herbs that i currently have are FG, WY, SP, and RC. I'm not sure whether to start with WY or RC... I was also thinking about massaging with EPO and heat. Since I'm skinny, I'm assuming i should probably be supplementing my diet with protein shakes to gain weight... so i can produce and store the fat in the breasts!

Alright, here i go again!!! I just started my cycle, and it was normal and on schedule so i am going to give BE another shot. The only thing that is different for me being off of the pill is I do not get cramps anymore with my period, but i had painful ones on the pill. I wish i knew why that was. Here are the herbs and supplements I'm starting out with. I will take these all at night soon before bed. Fennel - 3 capsules at 480mg = 1440mg total Red Clover - 3 capsules at 500mg = 1500mg total EPO - 3 soft gels at 500mg = 1500mg total Multivitamin - Once daily, this one is without iron Fish oil - 2000mg I am also planning on massaging each night with heat. I had both wild yam and red clover, and decided red clover might be a better choice. If anyone thinks I should change anything in my routine, please let me know!

I actually decided to stop the red clover after a few days and just stick with the fennel. Its been about a week, and no real changes besides minimal pains in the breasts... mostly the right, which is the smaller of the two!

This is my new revised routine. Thanks to Wen for her advice on this Cycle 1- 1500mg Fennel, 1g vit C Cycle 2- 1800 Fen, 1g Vit C Cycle 3- 2100 Fen, 2g Vit C Cycle 4- 1800 Fen, 1g Vit C Cycle 5- 2100 Fen, 1g Vit C I am going to stick with this and hopefully start seeing some results or at least signs... i'll post any updates!

Today is day 15 of my first cycle of just Fennel and Vitamin C. I was feeling some small pains in the last few days, but they were only a few times a day and very rare... but lastnight in bed i noticed a few 'sensations' and this afternoon i started feeling them. They almost feel achy to the point that I can notice it, but not to the point where its bothersome. So, I'm assuming thats a good sign!
I wish i knew what every ache and pain or sensation meant, and what exactly my body is doing... It's fascinating to follow my body like this and see how it reacts and changes!

Today is day... 19 on cycle 1.
The pains, aches, and soreness are inconsistent. The last few days, one minute i feel nothing, the next a few sharp pains here and there... yesterday i felt sore, even to the point wearing my seatbelt was irritating, and seemed to be a little swelling, but today... no soreness until right now. As im typing i am starting to feel some more sharp pains and a little tingly.
Would taking Vitamin C in chewable form have a different impact on results than taking a pill to swallow?

Haven't been feeling any sensations really since my last post, but it is only my first cycle so ill be patient and just wait. I am breaking out a ton though, which is not fun!
When i went though puberty, the only pain i remember when my breasts were growing was how sensitive they were only if i would bump into something. (like in grade school when i would lean forward on my desk) I never remember they being really sensitive or painful other than that. Is it possible to grow with few noticeable signs, or no pains/aches at all?
