So I added skin brushing to my routine and it seems to me to be helping... I brush under my armpits to move the fats there and on my thighs and butt to limit the cellulite and also the fats that tend to gather there. I think it's working, but I can't really be sure if it's all in my head. Hopefully I'll see more prominent results if I keep doing it.

so i ran out of saw palmetto this week... good riddance, i think i'm not going to continue ordering that, it was reacting negatively w/ my body
doing frequent skin brushing and massage, trying to get the fats movin'
ramped up on other things also:
red clover: 2000mg/day wild yam: 1700mg/day fennel: 2200mg/day
protein shake every other day
that's about it for now, i'm feeling pretty good about it

taking a break this month, from the pills, anyway. I want to tone up and get in shape and hopefully lose about 5 pounds in the next couple weeks, and i'm pretty sure the herbs make it hard. I'm still gonna have somewhat of a routine still. I'm going to continue with the skin brushing and massage 2x a day, I don't mind doing it and it will keep the blood flowing... Also I have a mixture of estrogenic extracts that I apply directly to the skin every night which I will continue. I like the size I am at right now and I'm feeling pretty confident that a lot of it will stay even though I'll be losing weight. I'm planning on continuing BE in December, until my supply of herbs runs out, then I hope to be in a good position to quit for a long while. Good luck all!
