I am on the GY program, this is my 4th week.
I do the massages with Palmers cocoa butter oil with Vit E and add Pumpkin seed oil and EPO as well to it.
I have drastically changed my diet as well (I will update as I think of more foods)
I do not eat the following : Ice Cream Produce that is not organic (pesticides bad for body and growth) Red meat/Pork/Poultry that is not organic (the reason is we are trying to balance our hormones and non-organic meat is full of extra hormones we do not want) Cold Melon Caffine Coffee Cheese Food
I limit my intake of these foods :
Pasta White Bread White Sugar Baked goods Candy Sodas (only diet caffine free) Brussle Sprouts Broccoli processed meats
I eat plenty of these boobie friendly foods :
Water plain K2O Kellogg's Protein water (I add a packet os sweet and low as it is tart) Salmon Catfish dipped in egg and lightly breaded in cornmeal Organic red meat ANY potatoes Mashed, yams, baked, fries Organic pork Organic poultry Butter or margarine Peanut Butter Rye Breads and pumpernickel Protein snack and meal replacement bars Peas Corn Yogurt (peach or strawberyy banana) Protein shakes and smoothies Bananas Cornbread made with Honey, melted butter and a splash of real (not extract) vanilla
