I starting a few days ago with~ Extract kit from Greenbush- Fenugreek seed Saw Palmetto Wild YamAll these are 1/2 dropper (1000 mg) 3x day Tea- Small Breast Solutions (SBS) tea bags (contains fennel & fenugreek) Massage oil- Olive oil premixed with several drops of extracts (right now I am using left over SBS extracts just to use them up) Routine- I started with the Fenugreek then after two days added Saw palmetto, same amount, tomorrow I will add the Wild Yam, same amount. I take the extracts on an empty stomach and wait at least 20 mins before eating. (Or take it 3 hrs after a meal) I hold them under my tongue for 20 seconds to let them absorb (not the best tasting stuff but tolerable). Then I wash them down with some orange juice to help with taste and gets to the bloodstream faster supposedly. Sometime during the day I have a cup of SBS tea. Also trying to use it up from my prior attempt at NBE. When I wake up and before bed, I massage about 5 minutes with the premixed oil. I don't have a certain massage technique, just massage firmly in a circular motion. I will read up on techniques soon. That's pretty much it. I will increase the amount of extracts at some point. I am trying not to get very much caffeine but I have a weakness for Coke Yes, that's what we call it here in GA, not soda or pop I would like to go up just one cup size by July. I am a 36B right now. Any advice or tips would be welcome!

Hello,
Several drops of extract doesn't sound like much. When working with extracts, use them directly (as in 1000ml each side) and massage it all in, then follow with some borage, EPO, or olive oil. Then apply heat using a heated pad set to low, for 20 minutes. Use Saran wrap as a barrier between you and your heated pad. Do this at least once per day, but twice would be better. Sleeping with the concoction on is even better.

Extracts also mix well with pure food grade aloe vera (found at grocery and health food stores). If you don't want sleep or do heat, that's a good option for a carrier to massage into the skin. Heat if used should be lowest setting.

So I took your advice Wahaika and now I apply 1000-1200 mg of SBS extracts directly. Let it dry and then massage with the olive oil mixture to which I have added EPO from three 1000 mg capsules. (I added it to about 3 oz of oil). I also started taking my women's multivitamin and one 1000 mg EPO capsule before I go to bed.
At night, after I have massaged, I put Saran wrap over the oil (when I remember) and use heat for 20 or so minutes on low. In the morning, I just massage with the oil again and then get dressed.
Today, I have noticed some firmness. I'm trying not to be too excited too soon though. I have been doing this for about two weeks now. I stopped for a few days after beginning to wait on AF as everyone seems to suggest.

Okay, so this is working! I haven't measured but can definitely see a difference. Not huge but my boobs appear to have less space between them and I am filling out my bras a little better. Yay!!!! I'm almost at the one month mark so we'll see if it stays.
