I've had about 3 nights where I experienced 1 mild night sweat per night - have simply dropped my routine to 3-4 droppers, 3-4 capsules at bedtime. I use drops on my breasts (dob) and cream at least once per day - night sweats are now gone.

Will have to just be patient to see if this works.

Amy at Natureday is extremely supportive and helpful.

Due to night sweats - took the NBE products to one liquid dropper per night. Sometimes used the breast cream (am muscle testing for this). Started my period this week and have had an INTENSE migraine for 3 days. (NOTE: I have had menstrual migraines for years and was able to get my body stabilized where I hadn't had a menstrual migraine for 4 months). I think my gun-ho approach upset the balance of things, so I'm backing off all products for a few days. Still have faith in the NatureDay products - just think I over did it.

I've just received the Elegance Elixir and will start using it next week - hoping that it doesn't cause menstrual migraines.

I took my first packet of EE on April 23rd. Let's all hope it works! I'll have blood work in about 2 weeks for my hormones. I've been using a bioidentical hormone pellet - www.sottopelletherapy.com. It's really been beneficial to me, but I'm afraid my NBE efforts may have thrown things off.
