Hi All,

So I joined this board back in March but just lurked until recently. I started on internal herbs and massage back in April but I had to go off them from May-August because I went on a trip to Australia and you're not allowed to bring herbs into the country.

I took September and October off because I got a vile case of mono. But I'm back on the NBE train now. I was on herbs and massage again for about two weeks before I heard about EE so I figured I'd give this a shot.

Anyway, my stats:

Age: 20
Height: 5'5
Weight: Fluctuates between 115lbs and 120lbs
Current Size: Small 34C bottoms not sure what size tops
Goal Size: Full 34C tops and bottoms, maybe small 34D
No Kids/Never Breastfed

Took my first does of EE (2 packets) this week. One packet on Monday and one today as per my higher self.

Been feeling deep pains, very sensitive nipples, entire breast is sore to the touch. Definitely more tired than usual, with a huge appetite, and I've been craving dairy, which I really don't like eating, but oh well.

OOoo...those sounds like signs to me. So, be sure to eat...cravings by the body indicate a need that should be filled. Don't worry about eating too much- small meals throughout the day will burn away. I ate like a horse...didn't gain a pound.

Also...cool, you're talking to your Higher Self.

yeah, i used to dowse when i was younger. eventually i just sort of "knew" what to do. intuition i guess.

update!

so i've grown 1/2 an inch on each breast since starting NBE about 3 weeks ago! i'm preparing myself for the fact that this could easily be luteal swelling, but i'm happy for today.

some more stats:

Under Arm Pits: 31"
Across Breasts: 34"
Under Breasts: 30"

Left and Right Breasts Across Nipple Horizontally: 9.5"
Left and Right Breasts Across Nipple Vertically: 8"

as you can see, i have no tops. at least i'm symetrical i guess.

3/4" more tops! i'm now 31 and 3/4 inches under armpits, but we'll see after AF if it's just luteal swelling. but, yay!

That's great! Can you see and feel a difference in the tops?

i saw a difference that's why i measured. i doubt it's enough for anyone else to see though.

me too! now there're lots zits on my face: first on chins then forehead... but I'm kind of happy, though!

gained another 1/4 inch tops. hopefully it sticks around!

so i never get sore boobs during AF and now i do. wooooo!


also, they feel kind of...squishy? i'm not sure how else to describe it.

Nice with the increasing measurements.
Yeah, either squishy or shrinkage happens. Body is just re-shuffling fats.

Pattern is shrink/squishy, sore, itchy (along with zite here and there). You're right on target for EE sensations. Thanks for sharing!

well i'm glad i got the squishy and not the shrink, lol.

so as of this morning i'm just a little over 32 inches under armpits, but i've lost about 1/2 and inch across the bust. my under bust is now 29 inches, so my ribcage is down 1 inch, but that's fine with me, don't mind loosing a little weight. and i do fluctuate between 29 and 30 inches there anyway.

anyway, i guess that's the fats reshuffling, but i sure hope that 1/2 inch comes back.
