I have gained about 3 pounds, some of which has deposited in my breasts. They are fuller in my bras and in feel. An extra quarter inch has also recently gone to my hips and waist. My 4 month measurements are as follows:
under arm pit: 32
bust: 34 3/8
rib cage: 28 1/2

Hello BEB EE user- You used EE, but due to spiritual issues (since addressed on your behalf) you didn’t finish growing during that time. Please be informed that BE is still possible for you. Your fat cell walls are already formed- they just need to be filled. The chart here details what little needs to be done in order to get most of those original potential gains.
