I've been using a machine called the Bosom Beauty 2012 that I purchased on ebay for about 7 weeks now. It has the same basic idea as the Brava system but it takes less time and it sucks harder  . I purchased the green bush breast enhancement kit # 2 (90 day supply) a few weeks ago and started using the fenugreek in a massage. To make my "bobby batter" I mixed two tablespoons of fg powder and about 1/3 cup boiling water, waited till it cooled then filtered it out with a tea filter. I mixed equal portions of the filtered fg and a firming lotion. I massage 2-3 times a day and use heat after my last massage before I put my machine on and go to bed. I have been getting twinges of pain in my breast periodically just from the massage in the last couple of weeks. I have been waiting for AF so I can start ramping up my herbs, but AF seems to be on vacation or something because it's just over a week late. I know I'm not pregnant, I think I'm late because I recently had a miscarriage. So far, since I started using the Bosom Beauty I have gained about 3/4 of an inch around my bust, all while loosing about eight pounds. I will post more specifically what herbs I end up using and what I ramp up to when AF comes around. |

I forgot to mention that I also used a month's supply of merifem last month. I don't think I got any results from it, but I'm wondering if it's the reason why my period is sooo late (over two weeks now  ). Does anyone know? Would it be ok for me to start using some herbs before my period starts? I have fenugreek, saw palmetto, fennel, wild yam, fennel, and red clover. |

Well, I started taking one red clover in the evenings and my period started. So...
My current measurements are:
Under bust 27" or 68.5cm
Over bust 32.75" or 83cm
Bra Size: 32A
Here is my tentative routine. I may make adjustments as needed

I also massage with fenugreek and fennel 2/3 times a day. After my nighttime massage I use heat for 20 minutes before I put my Bosom Beauty Machine on and go to sleep. I use my machine for 1-2 hours a day.

Well, I have ramped up to the following:
AM: 1 RC, 2 FG, 2 SP, 1 WY
PM: 2 FG, 1 SP, 2 WY
I'm still messaging 2-3 times a day with fenugreek and fennel.
I get slight pains, usually short and sharp, every so often. And my nipples are sore. Should I stay here, or should I ramp up more?

Yes! Between herbs and the machine I have gained 1 1/4 inches around the chest in about 12 weeks. I'm positive the machine is working, but I'm not sure about the herbs.
