Akira's Routine

Well, its been a very busy couple of months but I am back. I had been really busy with school, work, costuming, sewing, family drama, friend drama, re-organizing the house, and looking for extra work.

All of that has sort of taken my mind off of BE, even though I had been taking the multivitamins that were recommended by Wen every once in a while when I could stomach it(it just tastes really horrible when crushed up and in unsweetened lemon juice)and listening to the innertalk cd every once in a while. I didn't document my growth(or lack thereof) from April-July.

My stats as of August 19th, 2008

Bust: 31

Underbust: 27 3/4

Abovebust: 31 1/4

Left Breast: H: 5 3/4 V: 5

Right Breast: H: 5 3/4 V: 5

Ever since I got off of the birth control patch, I've been breaking out horribly. I never used to get acne anywhere but my face, but now its spread down my jawline, neck, chest, upper back, and I got a few on my lower back. I also have been loosing a lot of weight despite trying to eat more. I used to be 120 but i'm now down to 109. Its been extremely frustrating to gain my weight back, and i'm thinking about trying to drink muscle milk to help gain weight back. I want to start a BO routine since I bought some BO a couple months back but i'm not sure if its a good idea to start one, let alone if putting the BO in something to take it would mess up the effectiveness of it.

So in short, I'm back and there hasn't been major growth.

Welcome back BE soldier!!! (although sure hate that you had to be one in the first place). I was overdue to do this about 2-3 weeks ago, but it's always better late than never and you're giving me a kick in the rear to finish up by posting.

It's a work in progress, but eventually here I'm going to update everyone who posted an EE routine what's left to do (helping with all of those spiritual issues on my own was an abs HUMDINGER!!!). Most actually have cell walls already made, just need to fill them and that will be taken care of with a short regimen. Hope to have all of this done in a day or two.

Sorry it's been so crazy for you wrt to life AND, but you don't have to start from scratch for your BE ;D !! Take a peek at this EE summary Zoom to 200% and all the links should work if you point at them.

Hey again Wen! *hugs*

Yeah kinda sad i'm back, but at the same time its nice to be back. So hops huh? I'll pick some up next time i'm out. Its always good to know I don't have to start over again on BE. I'm just wondering if there is a chewable version of hops and if there are any side effects or if they aren't chewable what I could put them in so they don't taste horrible but still stay potent.

O, that's right!! (abt the swallowing issue). You can open the caps and put in 2 Tablespoons of carbonated water (mix in a cup). Then take it like a shot. If you can't get the same brand..then lemme know so the regimen can be adjusted. You're looking for a hops/valerian mix.

I bought the ones you linked me to since they had a deal where you buy 2 get 4 free for $16.95. That and I need to find a better tasting carbonated water...guessing the flavored ones wouldn't be a good thing to use? Actually nix that since the flavored ones usually have nutra sweet or splenda and I can't stand the taste of either artificial sweetener.

Yeah..while waiting for herbs to come, I'd go taste-testing any many brands as you can find- use the least vile for you. But! I'm getting you can add a drop of flavor of McCormick's orange extract www.mccormick.com/productdetail.cfm?id=6030 and not have a negative impact. ;d See if your grocer has any.

Excellent! I've been meaning to check out a bevmo(despite them just being a more ritzier liquor store)and this would be a good excuse to do so. My order shipped recently so now I just have to wait a bit til they come. As for flavorings, I have that covered since my mom likes to bake and gets some to make some interesting cookies and cakes.
