I've never had a break. I tried red clover with no luck.

Just an update: I have been using progesterone cream this month. I am expecting my period any day now. I was originally applying the P cream to my breasts and they were really full. Since the "estrogen dominance and no boobs" thread, this week I started using the P cream in other areas and not on my breasts. I am still full. My husband said so too. I hate to get my hopes up because I've done that before, but I really think that my lack of progesterone might have been the cause of my lack of growth. So right now, I am using progesterone cream twice a day, massaging twice a day with aloe and FG extract, and taking the following herbs:
1 575mg FG 3X a day 1 450mg SP 3X a day (I ran out of Greenbush and actually found these at Target- I hope it's ok that they are a little less mg's) 1 575mg WY 3X a day
I had a lot of pains earlier in the month when I was putting the P cream on my breasts. I'm going to see what happens next week after my period when I use it elsewhere. I really hope this works. It's really nice to not see sagging skin when I look in the mirror.

Hey, joyful1!
I am so glad that you're still feeling fullness and that your husband said so too. I've been skimming over the pages of this post and researched your stats & routine. It looks like we have similar proportions... 32AA (well now, I'm a 32A) & rather slender. I noticed with your last reply that your dosages are a lot less than before. That sounds like a pretty good idea because you started out less endowed than some of the other members. I'd stay at these dosages at least for a little while. As for me, even though I had to stop all herbs for two weeks because I had a tubaligation, I'm not going over 2000 mg of herb per day until I feel I've produced enough receptors to ramp up my doses.
Good luck!!

hello Joyful..... I was reading through your posts. I think I am also estrogen dominant. from all the info I have read about it seems to be the case. I am also very small like you. AA. I have the progesterone cream and now trying out your method. applying to both body and boobs. had some very light but new (growing?) pains the last couple of days. I was wondering what if any more progress you have made since your last post. Best of luck!! Saffron

Saffron, I'm thinking that what everyone told me was right. When I use the progesterone cream, I am very full and somewhat bigger. I don't think it's permanent growth though. I wish I had some advice for you. I'm getting really discouraged.

Hi Joyful1, I am new to this board, but have started a similar routine to yours, in that I got my herbs from greenbush and have been taking them for 10 1/2 weeks. I have been taking the liquid extracts because they are easier, and I have been taking lots of them - 9 dropper fuls twice a day. I've also gotten some herbs from another site. Fullfillment I think it was and have been taking 2 droppers of that in addition to the Greenbush herbs. I get lots of sensations - painful breasts, huge increase in libido, but no breast growth so far. However, last year for a while I used progeterone cream for PMS and my boobs were the biggest then, but I did not even think it could be the cream. I have since lost some weight and now would like to grow my breasts, if it is possible and I have been very intrigued by your posts. Are you still using the progesterone cream? What did you think of that one site where the doctor states that progesterone promotes breast growth? www.totalityofbeing.com/ArchivedBreastShape.html I have decided to start using the p. cream and take less of the Saw Palmetto, Wild Yam and Fenugreek. You have been very honest and I appreciate that. 2hope

That's funny that you mentioned that because I just reread over that and it got me to thinking. I think maybe I might try using the prog cream this month and see wht happens. Now that i read your thread I am more hopeful. Thanks a bunch Hulagirl

2hope and hulagirl, My breasts are very full when I use the progesterone cream. I was discouraged by some of the senior members here about using the progesterone cream because they said it won't be permanent growth. I had one day where I totally deflated and it made me think that I'm just swelling but not growing. I'm getting very discouraged. I quit the P cream on Monday because my period started early (3 days). I haven't taken any herbs since then. This month, I'm going to take a break from herbs, my first in the 8 months since I started. I think I'll use the P cream on days 12-26 with no herbs, just to see what happens. I noticed that I had a lot of headaches when I was using both. That's probably a bad sign. Let me know how the progesterone works for you both. By the way 2hope, I was encouraged by what I read from that sight that you mentioned, but quickly discouraged when everyone here commented on it. I haven't been applying the P cream directly to my breasts since then- I put it on my wrists and inner thighs. I'll keep you updated on the P cream with no herbs. The last two days, I've had a headache. So far, so bad!!

I guess for me, I am trying to keep an objective point of view on the p. cream, because for one it was a doctor that wrote the info on it and he was not trying to sell anything, plus when I used the p cream before, I used 1/4 tsp twice a day I did put it on my breasts and I had more energy and I did fill out my swim suit top much better. I did not document anything because at that time I did not pay much attention to the size of my breasts. I had other things going on in my life, but when I think back on it, that is when I was largest. If the herbs and p. cream don't work over the course of the next 6 months or so I was thinking of trying the Brava system, although the site does not list the price which leads me to believe it is expensive. Logically it makes sense that it will work. Try not to get discouraged, My breasts have grown more in my later years than when I was younger. I was always flat chested, just mostly nipples actually for a long time. I was a young mother, having my first baby at 18, though it did not really make much of a difference in my breasts. I now have 5 kids, my youngest being 6 yrs old. I am 37 yrs. old. I nursed my youngest and that did seem to enlarge my breasts, but the most they grew was probably when I used the p cream. I have also put on some weight and lost some. I would still like to lose another 10-15 lbs. I am 5.5 and weigh about 146 my breast measurements now are 34'' under my breasts and 37" across the nipples. To me they look small and a bit empty. The point I am trying to make though is that it is very much possible for your breasts to grow and they will change. Not one person has all the answers to how a body works. If something seems reasonably safe, then you can try it. Have you looked up the Brava system? It's logic is using breast pumps which put continuous pressure on your breasts the entire time you are wearing it and over time, the breast grow, little by little as a bone in the leg will grow when it is shorter than the other and the doctor puts it under continuous pressure, stretching it. And... I have one more thing to babble on about, please don't get too disheartened, because though I know you want to be beautiful and attractive, you are more than your breasts. Your breasts, your body, is just the icing on the cake. The real essence of you is your personality and your sweet and caring ways! And that is the most valuable part of your ???package that you offer to this world.

I forgot to say that in the past and also this time around I used and will be using the p. cream every day of my cycle except for a 5 day break or so when I have my period. The instructions I was given for the p. cream was 1/4 tsp twice a day days 6-21 and 1/2 tsp twice a day 21-28, stopping with the last dose being bedtime on the 28th. My period always starts on the 29th day making it actually the 1st day of my next cycle. I may also try the Macca. I am really hoping you get some results from your BE. I am cheering for you. best of luck, 2hope

2hope, That is exactly the encouragement I needed today. Actually, my mom was always small chested but is now a D. She's put on some weight though. In our society today, women are judged by their breasts. I believe that I am perfect in God's eyes just as I am. I just need to take it to heart daily. Thanks for responding.

Good for you! It is so hard to keep things in perspective in this world we live in. I have to remind myself that the most important thing is that I treat other people well, then my mental health and physical health. A woman can really get caught up in losing that though and then we get depressed thinking we are not good enough. I do it all the time. Do you know of a message board where woman talk about their feelings and things that go on in their lives? laugh. That would probably make us all feel better.
