I started my 6th cycle on Aug. 16. This is my last try before I give up. I believe in BE, but I also believe that it's like finding a needle in a haystack trying to find what actually works for you. Since I've lowered my dosages to no success, I've decided to take 2 575mg FG's 3X per day instead of the 1 I was taking before. I have felt slight pains, but that is nothing new. I measured on day 5 of my cycle and I am 32" in the bust as I've been all along.

Today is day 9 of my cycle and I woke up feeling very full. I have also felt achey since starting the 2 FG's 3X per day. Maybe I just haven't been taking enough all along. We'll see.

Nothing like changing your routine every few days.....Whew!!!! I started using progesterone cream before my current cycle. Now I'm taking 575mg of FG, SP, and WY 3X per day. I used P cream today and I'm feeling sensations. I'm not sure how often I should use it. I'm thinking I should hold off on it (I'm on day 3 of my cycle) and wait a few more days and then start using it every day through the end (I have excess estrogen and I'm hoping it'll balance it out).

hi Joyful1 im not really competent to say anything here since i've been on herbs just one cycle but just like u i want to succeed so much i believe there is a way we just have to be very patient and sensitive on what and how much to take. there is something i could note from my first cycle. i got my first sensations on a day 11 which was apparantly the case when my own estrogens were highest. i slowly lost them in few days (that's probably ovulation when the estrogens dropped). Then the following weeks i got depressed cos i felt nothing until few days before periods (which had a normal lenght after half a year) when i felt burning and shooting in chest and underarm. the reason could be my periods but i never had anything like that before NBE. But what i think made difference was the fenugreek i steeped into a little boiling water. It probably increased the amounts that got into my bloodcirculation. so i was probably low on estrogens when my natural estrogen was low as well. the solutions here could be changing doses according to your phase of cycle because your natural level can differ tremendously. Im not meaning to be selfish by telling only my story but i just wish it gives the idea what i mean. What are your hormonelevels? Could it be excess androgens? i also added one extra sawplametto when i was getting desperate so it could be also that gave it's share. i'm not sure about growing here, since i'm so small it takes ages i will measure some extra sentimeters.its just the shape. they have more rooundish shape now. just a little but i would be grateful for anything Joyful1 i want to assure u that since u are obviously reacting to herbs ( u have sensations) maybe u have to make them a bit more effective somehow. Really try steeping the capsules. Or try switching herbs. maybe add sawpalmetto. Funny thing is i don't even need a B cup, i just want them to look more like breasts not mosquito bites cos even nice small boobs can be sexy for sure. Sorry about my reply got a bit messy but what can i do Don't lose hope. Do livercleanse.and start again.

Bonnette, Thanks so much for responding. I definitely don't have excess androgens. I have excess estrogen, but don't really have the symptoms for low progesterone, so I don't think I'm estrogen dominant like I thought. I do wonder if progesterone might balance out my excess estrogen though. I don't know. I have definitely felt pains, but nothing too much- and I never feel anything during luteal. I don't know what to think. I don't know how else to even out my estrogen levels. It seems silly to me to be taking phytoestrogens if I have excess estrogen, but I've been assured that I still should. It's like finding a needle in a haystack trying to figure out how to make this work. I agree with you- I just want to look normal. I'd be happy with an A. I know it's not fair to those posting them because they are unhappy with themselves, but I'd be happy with the breasts of any of the women who post pictures. Their starting pictures are what I'm dreaming of.

i so much agree with u on the other's starting points but what can we do i checked your stats and i think u have advantages being breastfed and having a B cup before kids. i think there must be some tricky thing with progesteron. Some seem to benefit from that others not. I was considering oregano myself since i can't make out my hormonelevels really, i seems to have 1 sign of each and can't make anything out of it. Have u tried progesteron only since it does not seem to make sense u need estrogen. BUT everyone does need prolactin so maybe fennel tea could be in place. Anyway i keep it in mind and if i come out with smth i will let u know

im sorry but are u very sure about the estrgen dominance. doesn't make sense that u feel the most sensations when the u take more phytoestrogens and when your own estrogen levels are highest and u lose it when estrogens fall. It seems estrogen is exactly what u want.

This month, I think I'm going to try taking the herbs and using P cream during luteal as well. If that doesn't work, next month I may just try P cream. Also, I PM'd Wahaika about Saw Palmetto because I think I have low testosterone and I think SP might make that worse. I think having some testosterone helps with estrogen. I may try removing SP if that's the case. I am pretty sure about not being estrogen dominant. I have the symptoms for excess estrogen, but not for low progesterone.

Bonnette, I've tried everything else and started thinking about my natural hormone levels. I have excess estrogen and thought that maybe P cream would balance that out and cause the herbs to start working. I do feel fuller, but I'm not going to get my hopes up.

Joyful1,
How do you know that you have excess estrogen? Do you have PCOS?

Wahaika, Just from doing the hormone test from the link in the newbie section. I don't know what PCOS is. It was a symptom in the excess androgen section though. I have very heavy bleeding during my period, puffiness and bloating, and weepiness. I don't have any of the symptoms from the other groups. Do you think I could be onto something, or do you think I am way off? I am still experience way more pains while using the P cream with herbs than I was with just herbs and I never grew from herbs. What do you think Wahaika.

PCOS = Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
Yep, it looks like you have symptoms of high estrogen. I guess, just keep on with what you are doing. How long since your last break? Have you tried Red Clover?
