I have ramped up to this (started BE Sept. 9 2005).
AM Fenugreek 1500 mg Fennel 3500 mg SP 1500 mg Omega 369 4800 mg Vit. C 750 mg Vit. E 1200 IU L. Tyrosine 500 mg Kelp 650 mg
30 min. after herbs I take a vegetable protein shake along with 1 oz. liquid multivitamin.
AFTERNOON Fenugreek 2000 mg Fennel 2000 mg SP 2000 mg
BEDTIME Fenugreek 1500 mg Fennel 2500 mg SP 2500 mg Wild Yam 1275 mg Vitex 400 mg Dong Quai 500 mg Damiana 2500 mg Omega 369 2400 mg Vit. C 1500 mg Vit.E 400 IU
Massage I do reiki massage in AM 150 rotations with batter PM 175 rotations with batter
I am allowed 3 cups of coffee and 3 cups of green tea each day.
This is all a dowsed routine.
Starting measurements Rib Cage 29" Bust 33 1/2"
As of Dec. 8 Rib Cage 28 3/4" Bust 34 3/4"
But my problem seems to be that around the 16th of the last two months (Nov and Dec) my fullness in my breasts seems to leave. I don't think I'm shrinking down to my starting size but it take a good 7 days to have that full feeling back.
It's hard for me to know if I still go through the luteal and follicular phases due to my partial hysterectomy.
Would anyone have any ideas if i do go through the different cycles?

Hiya Tammy- Well, checked your regimen- I get that your checklist is not quite correct. We match for: fenugreek, fennel, SP, wild yam, dong quai, damiana, omega-6, vit c, and vit E. You're missing '1' item. Vitex will not be needed soon. You'll need to add pulsatilla. As far as what's going on with the swelling and de-swelling..I went thru that too when I was first growing. It's like my breast was being cleansed and prepped. Your list supports glandular and fatty growths, so give it a little bit of time. Indications say that your body is being primed to respond for breast growth. Lucky you...no blocks of any kind. It seems in another 2 months, you should start seeing forward progress. I always swelled 2, grew on 3rd month until these last coupla cups where it's been more like swell1, then grow 1. Wen'

O! forgot to add...if you have not, rate the brands of the stuff you have. Just ask if they rate more than 7/10 where 10 is ideal for use for your body. If they don't, you can also have problems using it having effects which could make you believe that it's not what you're to use. Your dosages are high..but re-checking them, they r right where they should be. Just make sure you check them, if not daily, every couple. Things can change dramatically even within a cycle. Wen'

Wen, Thanks for checking my routine. I checked for pulsatilla and got the same answer as you; then I checked on the internet for what it was and when it said that it was used for eye health, I knew why I needed it because ever since starting BE my eyes have been extremely itchy. Wahaiki, I checked my multi and it contains zinc (HVP chelate) 15mg. It also contains all the B vitamins. My multi also has Nutrient Complex, Fruit and Vegetable Phytonutrient Juice Complex, Essential Fatty Acid Complex, Proprietary Herbal Extracts with Aloe Vera, Ionic Mineral Blend Vitamin C Complex, Botanical Complex with Phenalgin, Whole Superfood Green Complex, Plant Enzyme Concentrate, Proprietary Mediterranean Blend and Proprietary Ocean Vegetable Complex. I think it is an awesome multi vitamin and would never go a day without it. I'm curious to Know why you asked about zinc and B-Complex? Happy New Year!!

No cardiovascular exercise right now, but allowed a little toning exercises for butt, tummy and thighs.
I dowse for larger breasts while maintaining my weight and health (emotional, spiritual, physical and mental.
I usually dowse every second day for changes.

Holy Mack! Nice danggone timeline...lol. Worth the pills u gotta swallow, but you don't come close to topping the 120/day I was doing at 1 point Hokay- my accuracy of indication is 100% for u. Get your oral item checklist is 20 items, you've got 18 w/ the vitex and w/y. Add dried ginger root & sarsaprilla. Yep, those pains are a very good sign..they are deep and hard to 'reach'. You're on your way. Good detail abt asking when to take the MSM/glu as I really think that matters. HTH!! Wen'

Hi!
My whole routine changed again on Jan. 26 and has basically remained the same since.
All I really take for BE is fenugreek and pulsatilla in first part of cycle and fenugreek, pulsatilla, sometimes vitex, sometimes ginger, and usually sarsaprilla in the second half. I also take alot of vitamins and minerals.
I also started using a pm cream in the middle of February.
I bought a bowflex and since exercising, I've had really sharp growing pains.
I still smoke too much and drink alot of coffee; but , I've started dowsing my meals and snacks.

I'm on a 7-day liver cleanse - I believe its day 5 today. It is also day 14 of my pseudo cycle and I'm about to take a 2 week break as per dowsing. I haven't dowsed yet what to take for multi's and health but my massage rotations sure increased. I'm a little nervous that I'll lose what I've gained but I shall trust my "P".

Hey,
It's June 9 and I'm halfway done my 2 week break. Pains in boobs are severe and hard to take sometimes. I seem to be very lopsided - right one bigger and saggier than left.
I'm going to massage only left one and am putting 3 capsules of vit e on right one. I am massaging left one three times a day and applying PM cream after each massage.
I will start internals again on June 15/06 which will be day 15 of pseudo cycle so maybe it will be june 16 as I usually skip day 15 of my cycle.

Take some time out and record the exact routine that caused those pains and use it as a reference for later if you make changes and the pains disappear.
