This is my first time on NBE, the following is what I ramped up to over a week and a half:
3x a day:
1x 500mg evening primrose oil 2x 575mg Wild Yam 2x 575mg Saw Palmetto 2x 575mg Fenugreek

Massage 2x a day for 10 to 15 mins. with lotion containing essential oils of Ylang Ylang and geranium, plus a few drops of DMSO and water. Heat after massage for 30 minutes each evening.
Tea 2-3 times per day (I can't stop drinking it!). I make a pot in a coffee maker with 2 tbsp fennel and 1 tsp fenugreek, then add herbal tea. I use Celestial Seasonings' caffeine-free fruity herbals and add cinnamon and/or a few drops of vanilla or peppermint extract. I tear open the tea bags and mix it all together in the coffee filter. Add Splenda to taste when necessary. This is very yummy and when done right there is no funky taste to it at all.

Oh, my! 3x's a day!? More is NOT always better. If anything will 'get you' first is the feneugreek since it affects our blood sugar. If you feel great however, do stay at these dosages for a couple of cycles. I wouldn't add a drop more. Wen'

If you feel great however, do stay at these dosages for a couple of cycles. I wouldn't add a drop more. Wen' Are you referring to the tea, or the entire routine? I initially started following Greenbush's recommendations until I came here. Then I got confused, and figured I'd stay where I am to see how my body responds to it. *edit* I probably should have mentioned that the tea recipe is for an entire pot- Which I refrigerate and drink one cup at a time

Was referring the dosages of the pills. GB pills make it harder to tweek. Usually people feel fenugreek effects at 1500mg. If you're doing what's listed above, that's 3g's of everything. However, since you feel 'great', then that's prolly ok for you. That's all.

Agh- you're right, it does add up to a lot. I dropped one of each herb at midday. Also canned the red clover for now. Will keep it simple and see how I feel.

Update:
AM: 1/2 hour before breakfast: 2x 575 fenugreek 2x 575 Wild Yam 2x 575 Saw Palmetto
with breakfast: 1000mg EPO kelp tab (don't know qty- Mom gave these to me) 75-100mg CoQ10 99mg Potassium 3/4 tsp. joint formula (MSM, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Hyaluronic Acid) 1 cup fennel tea
Lunch: 1000mg EPO (I often forget to take this)
5:00: 575mg fenugreek 575mg wild yam 575mg Saw Palmetto
with dinner: 1000mg EPO 75-100mg CoQ10 99mg Potassium 3/4 tsp. joint formula (MSM, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Hyaluronic Acid) 1 cup fennel tea
11:00 PM: 2x 575 fenugreek 2x 575 Wild Yam 2x 575 Saw Palmetto
I stopped herbs 1st day of cycle and ramped back up by doing only 1 of each herb 3x a day for a week, then 2 of WY and SP for a week, then added fenugreek after the first two weeks were up. My belly seems to want to expand during follicular, so I'm trying to keep dosages lower at that time. I feel soreness in boobs when luteal comes around. It is not the same as normal pre-menstrual soreness, which I would feel in nipples and general rock-hardness. This is in specific places against the chest wall and develops/migrates in the order that most people agree growth occurs: outer/lower sides, bottoms, insides.
Massage: 2x daily, once for 2-3 minutes out of shower with lotion made from coconut oil, emu oil, geranium and ylang-ylang essential oils, and peppermint. Berfore getting dressed, I saturate a cotton cosmetic pad in DMSO and wipe on & rub in. This has not caused irritation.
2nd massage before bed is 15 minutes followed by heat pad for 30 minutes. If I'm not being lazy, I'll use a piece of saran wrap with heat.
I've been cooking with coconut oil. Previously, I was eating it by the spoonful, but that is just disgusting. I don't do that now unless I haven't cooked with it. That and kelp must have helped raise temps somewhat. I've gone from mid 95's to a low 98 in the am.
Just started high-protein diet because I put on some belly weight. It took 6 1/2 years to regain 30 pounds I lost some time ago, so I can't complian too much. Would like to carefully get back to about 130-135, well-muscled. Most importantly, I am maxing out in my jeans and refuse to buy new ones, so something must be done. Just scored a barely-used bottle of yohimburn cheaply from ebay, so I'm going to use that with workouts on saddlebags then lower/mid tummy.

Updated routine:
I've been stuffing my own capsules (size 00) and I'm stuffing them with a mixture of 3 tablespoons fennel, 2 tablespoons hops, and 1 tablespoon fenugreek. I do not know how much that comes down to per capsule. I take 3 caps 3x a day.
Also taking: 320mg saw palmetto extract am & pm 500mg borage oil 3x a day cal/mag/zinc supplement daily multi vitamin
Using Lelan Vital bust serum and following their massage instructions before applying the serum. One difference with this stuff is that I feel more heat in my breasts and more sensations. I swelled up to over 38" last month, and did not have the terrible soreness that I've been having every month since I started. I like that!

Trying again...
I took a break starting in early May. I wasn't growing and I was sick and tired of the fenugreek smell. So I'm trying to develop a routine that does not include fenugreek at all.
I started 2 months ago with massage and hypnosis. I got too busy for the massage, and I fell asleep listening to the hypnosis every night. Then, my ears started to hurt from having the earbuds in and falling asleep with them. I quit the hypnosis.
Last month, I tried Wild Yam, Bladderwrack, and eventually added Saw Palmetto. That didn't seem to have much effect, so I added fennel, phased out the wild yam, and I've been using Progesterone cream. Now I have swelling and sensations (last month it was only some shooting pains). We'll see what happens.
Also- The Lelan Vital bust serum had a net zero effect on my bustline, and I used it religiously! The original sensations went away after 2 weeks. The bottles I received were made in Dec. 2004, so they also could have lost effectiveness by the time they got to me.
