here is my routine started on november 3 , 2005. i also have a "before" pic but dont know how to add it yet. saw palmetto450mg 3xday-EPO 500mg 3xday-NEW LIFE FORMULA425mg 3xday,one daily multi vitamin,one daily iron supplement,massage w/HRTcream every other day,and lots of hope.

mirifem tablets 600mg each - recomends 2x2-3per day-but i only take 2 at 1 time each day for the month of december -i will ramp up in january to the recommended dosage because i will have the extra money after xmas.i also use the mirifem breast massage cream 1 time each day with 100 rotations on each breast. i began b e with this in december and gave up on the new life formula,epo,and sp. i will also post another pic in january to compare to my 1st pic . i am certain that i have obtained growth because i had to buy a bra-only a size 34a - but thats better than nothing

began december. other things that i have experienced to note growth is feelings or sensations of tingling,soreness like when engorged. i can also visually see growth. my husband is also agree ing with me so it can't all be my imagination. so far , i am a lucky one that "b e" works for.

i feel that i must remind everyone that i had a complete hysterectomy 2-22-05. i am also taking HRT which i think is a plus

Blueangel, I'm using the Mirifem products too. My bottle says to take 1 tablet 2x per day, but do not exceed 4 daily. They are 250 mg each tablet (200mg PM and then some other sturff) Also, only for the 1st 15 days of your cycle. You said above: recomends 2x2-3per day-but i only take 2 at 1 time each day for the month of december .... so your bottle says to take 2 capsules 2 or 3 times a day? And is that 600 mg in total?
Just curious too - if you were having results at first, in November, why did you switch to Mirifem?

600mg each--the reason i switched products -- til i went out of the house and searched for individual herbs and paid x amount for each, it added up to much more than the mirifem in which i can order from and get home delivery for less. and so far,i have heard only good reviews about mirifem...i also take HRT ...mirifem seems safer and much more easier than taking a lot of combinations...

Cost and great reviews of Mirifem is why I went with it too! (Plus my P said it will help me achieve my goal- and I agree it is easy to take) I ordered my Mirifem from Fawn also. Glad its working for you too Blueangel Keep up the good work! |
