Hey NQ,
The only concern I have about your routine (and I'm no expert, so take this with a grain of salt) is that I believe jojoba oil is used to shrink swollen tissues. This may not be something you want to use in your boobie batter. I avoid it in that area like the plague. Why not try olive oil instead? It's cheaper, and won't shrink the tissues.
I do use jojoba on my face, though, especially during AF, when my face swells up and I feel like the Pillsbury Dough Boy (Girl). I'll look in my aromatherapy book about the jojoba and post again later.

Hey ladies, I am SOOO sorry I didn't see this post until today. I never would have thought someone would post suggestions or questions to me regarding my routine under this section instead of the general area. Anyway, PrincessGrace, thanks to your post regarding the massage I have a new batter that I have been using since you posted it. The one with geranium and ylang ylang in sweet almond oil. I have now designated my jojoba to the rest of my body! Anita, according to Dr. Lee's test results, I am estrogen deficient with excess androgens and possibly cortisol deficient. Thanks for the congrats. I guess an inch is an inch but I am not going to consider anything growth until I am at LEAST an A! Anything else you would like to know, please give me a heads up in general and I will be happy to respond. Happy Growing

Hi nubian Queen, just curious..how does wearing magnets in your bras help with BE? I've never heard of this but it's very interesting. Do you think it's helped at all? Would you mind providing a link or something to help those who are curious (ok me i guess get more information? Thanx and good luck. Sounds like you have a solid routine. -Shewdie

Wow! Look how long it has been since I updated this thread! Anyway, I'm currently on Elegance Elixir (thanks Wen!) and am very confident that this will work and I will not have to do this nbe thing ever again after February 2007! Left breast is 7.5" from the middle line of my chest to a mole under my arm. 2" from my rib cage to the middle of my nipple, 4" to where I presume my breasts should stop if I had some instead of flat lands! Right breast is 7.25" and the mole is fainter and lower than the other one. All other measurements else are pretty much the same. 29" around my nipples 27" underneath my breasts around my ribcage 29" under armpit I decided to eat some yogurt with some protein powder mixed in it for umph! I am in my mid 30s No children Non-smoker No birth control 5'2" 116 recently lost about 7.5 lbs. Used to be 31" around my nipples, now back down to 29" which is what I started with WAY back in the day. So it really was just the extra weight that accounted for the extra boobage. No matter, I never reached an A cup even with the extra inches! Happy Growing!

How's your routine going? Have you noticed anything happening? I've gotten mine but am waiting until next month I think to start. I think you might the first one to start this routine so any updates would be wonderful (side effects or anything else) Thanks!

Hey there hulagirl! Update for day 13: I began feeling soreness in my left shoulder on the fourth day. I really thought it was just because I slept in, but I do that regularly on the same day of the week and I have never felt that pain prior. It got so bad a few days later that I finally took some ibuprofen which relieved the pain. I still have occasional pain in the left shoulder only. At one point itty and bitty depleted and now they are not as low but I am not going to measure because I am following the rules and besides, I do not want to know how much they shrank! As long as this is part of the process, I am not worried. No major sensations to speak of in the breasts. I am not paying for any further yoga classes and have decided to power walk for 30 minutes per day/five days per week. I am keeping to the under four hours per week. However, I can feel my thighs got bigger because my pants are tight! They are so tight that for real, I thought someone touched me and it was just my thighs rubbing on my pants! I am taking my potassium in the form of bananas and my coconut oil drops. My timing is not the best, but once I remember, I do take my additional supplements.

ooo...sure seems like you're going to be a skin brusher!! See what gives a month after your first notice the thighs a-rubbin'. If it's still there, get tready to rub-a-dub-dub. Also, seems like your lmph nodes are working in overload. It's a good thing- that's prep for health growth. Wen'

Awww, I thought that might be the case. No biggie, I'm close enough to 40 anyway so I did suspect that may have been a side effect.
My lymph nodes eh? What is the indicator for that conclusion?
I've also had this chronic sore throat, but as I recall, it was probably prior to my initial dose, so it is probably not related.
Thank you Sinsai!

Day 22 Hey ladies! This is day five of my cycle and I have no measurable growth. No biggie, I am keeping the faith! My appetite did increase a couple of days ago. I've been feeling emotionally 'weird' lately but nothing I can't handle. Day two on the other hand, whoa! I got pretty upset over a lack of attention . My second dose is scheduled for day eight (thank you Wen!). I am still working on being able to dowse myself. That's all for now, I am hoping next month will bring a bigger chest! Happy growing!

Day 29 I forgot and only waited one hour after dinner to take my dose. Further, I did not take the yogurt protein mix. ZITS!!!! Grumpy, that's right the trip is once again OFF! Strange appetite, I usually feel indescribably 'weird' in the stomach, sometimes nauseous, hungrier and it feels like I need carbonation a lot. I feel sick almost all of the time. Po' thangs, they look deflated! hot diggity!

What do you get when you volunteer for a great cause? An upper respiratory infection, that's what! One or more of those 700+ kids gave me their daggone cooties. Oh yea, breasts! This is week six and I had a little itching yesterday in my right breast. But that sneaky titty fairy must have come and visited me last night because holy toledo, I woke up with some fullness this morning! Still feel like crap and all because I just started my antibiotics, but yippee kiyay! That's some good ish they done come up with in that there elixir! My cycle is due to begin in about five days. I'm so foggy with this illness that I can not recall at this time if that is good and means that it is growth for keeps or just some swelling. All I know is the guru said my breasts were going to get bigger and by golly they are and on time! C cup, get ready for me because I'm coming for you! I kinda feel sorry for my friend because of his ignorance, he won't get to play with my new twins! Until the next update.... grow!

Well, no measurable growth as of yet. Still optimistic.
Taking my last dose later on today! Very, very excited! Wish us (itty, bitty and me) luck!
