Um, sorry iga, but Pammy doesn't come here anymore from the looks of it. So other members will try to answer your questions instead.
Why are you afraid of following Pammy's routine? Do you have some kind of serious hormonal imbalance? If you do, then maybe you should try teas instead of capsules since they absorb easier, but are less potent. Also, you can't just start out on 3000 mgs of herbs at once. You should start with 1 of each herb and ramp up every couple days from there. Pammy was a size 'B', if you are smaller, then generally you will stall if you ramp up to the amount she is taking. 'A' or 'AA' cup should ramp up to about 2000 mgs or so. You really gotta pay attention to growth signs since this can be a tricky process.
Besides reading through this thread, that is all I can tell you. Wahaika or others may have more advice. Good luck!

I did this routine for a few months, and I was taking about 24 pills a day. This was after ramping up, you want to start on a low amount, and over time ramp up to the higher amount.

Hey people, i was on BA for 6 months. and yes i did get bigger breasts cos it made me put on alot of weight!!!! now that i lost it, it's back to normal
and before this, i was on PM for a month. throughout the time i was taking pills, i had VERY VERY bad period cramps. clotting alot and often, i'd take the day off just to cope with the cramps.
now that i'm not, i dont have such cramps anymore.
I still want my boobs to be up 1& half cups, and all natural. my qn here is... the reason why i'm scared is because i don't want to lose my fertility. i've heard that with high estrogen like this, i can get cancer or unable to conceive due to the hormonal imbalance with another hormone.. proges... or someth.
I wanna try. just need to know if i can still have kids in future. i'm only 22!!!

Hi Guys, Im just wondering how important the Evening Primrose Oil and Flaxseed Oil are to pammy's routine? I cant afford all the herbs on her list, so im trying to cut out the ones that are not absolutely necessary. Any thoughts?

Hi im new to this site and i would like to know if there areany dangers to taking all of these pills i have also read about noogle berry but im not sure if those results will be permanent for anyone that has used Pammy's routine are these results permanent im kind of hesitant to take this please help There's a documentary called Food Matters--- you can watch it on Netflix or some other streaming site for free... The deaths that can *MAYBE* be blamed on taking vitamins have been like 10... Ever... In the history of vitamin supplements.... Where *properly* taken prescribed medication from a doctor has hundreds of thousands of deaths every year... Judging from those statistics, which one would you you think was more safe?... In other words... Unless you're allergic to one of the herbs, you should be fine taking them. Also, as quoted from GreenBush.net's website: "These herbs are very safe and have been in common use for thousands of years. There are no health warnings of any sort associated with them and they are on the FDA's list of safe foods. These are plants, not pharmaceutical drugs and their actions are mild. They would be similar in safety to something such as garlic. They have been found to have many health benefits and are currently under study for controling diabetes, easing the symptoms of PMS and menopause, and preventing breast cancer. They may be a healthy alternative to synthetic hormone replacement therapies. As with any herb or food there is always the possibility of allergic reactions. These are extremely rare with these herbs. Should you seem to have some sort of problem, you need simply to eliminate one herb at a time until you know which is causing the problem. You can then continue with the other herbs." In regards to WHERE you get these items... GreenBush, Amazon.com, Natural health food stores... As well as places like Whole Foods Market... You can also buy them online at vitamin & natural remedy type shops... If you're in the US, a good, inexpensive vitamin shop would be: www.puritan.com/Hope that helps.

Hi, I am a new member, and I am seeing that many of you are having success with herbal concoctions but was wondering what type of growth are you having? I can't tell where your baselines are. Are you experiencing full cup size growth or more? Maybe some of you can help me understand what to expect with the herbal approach. I am a 44 year old mother of 6 and with my last baby I experienced a dramatic change in my breasts after nursing. I was a perky and full size A cup and now am saggy and something less than A. I am considering botch surgery and herbal approaches but need more information on each.
