I'm just new here but have been on a BE routine for 3 months now. I have seen some progres but it's not very dramatic. I'm so glad I saw this forum. You have given me so much more information about BE that I have ever seen on the net.
My routine up till now: one of each, three times a day: fenugreek/saw palmetto/Wild Yam/fennel.
It's clear for me that I have to double them to get some more results. I also added Flaxoil, so feel very good about trying this. I didn't buy any new fennel. Hope thats not a problem.
One question though. I'm on the pill and the week after my period it seems that my growth suddenly drops. It goes back up again but it feels weird. Do any of you have experience with this? I'll keep you posted and again thanks a million

Welcome to the board. Be sure and start with a stats page. Part of your slow results may be due to the time of the year. I have noticed that most women do the best if they start late March/Early April through September. How many milligrams are in your capsules, and what company makes them? Fresh herbs are always the best. Greenbush.net has the best track record.
Also, be sure to start with a stats page to help with ramping dosages.

Thanks wahaika for the reply. The capsules contain about 400-500mg of the herbs. I must admit I use herbs of several companies because a had a bit of trouble ordering from greenbush (I don't live in the US). Maybe I'll try again though, because I heard a lot of good things about them. Their site was my starting point for my BE adventure.
I will definitely start a stats page.

dutchy, monthly "gains" and "losses" seem to be pretty commonplace during one's b.e. journey. those who have had success generally noticed some gains during the month, then loss of gains during aunt flow's visit, but a little bit stuck each time. the hope is always that at least a little bit of the gains "stick" after aunt flow. your herbs seem to be good ones to start with. i personally had stomach cramping issues with flax seed oil but it was only when i started adding too much. i think i started having problems at around 2000mg/day if i remember correctly. not everyone responds the same way, but just something to keep in mind.
