I've been reading a lot about how testosterone is converted into androgens. I've read all the signs and I'm pretty sure I have a androgen deficiency. I don't have acne at all never did even in puberty. I have a full head of hair that is like horse hair it's so thick and coarse but have very little body hair. I can go a a few days without shaving and no one can tell. I can go a few days with out washing my hair with out it getting oily (however it does get very dry so I wash ever couple of days) I don't sweat very much at all even in a strenuous workout, low libido and so one.... If I don't have enough androgens then how can I convert the estrogen? If that is the case then how can I grow if my receptors are not being filled? What herbs would be best for me? I'm on day 7 of my first cycle with herbs, just started to ramp up on Fenugreek 3 x day, and 2 SP day, 3 gr of EPO & FSO as well. I use a booby batter at night with massage for 15 minutes. I'm planning on starting the Fenugreek/Fennel tea today. Any help would be great, Thank you, Pea

Sweet Pea,
Testosterone is an androgen. It converts into estrogen. Those who are already high in estrogen (or not low) have a pretty good track record. Just keep doing what you're doing. It takes a few months to see results. Resist the urge to make changes after only a month. Give it time.
Wenonae did a good reply on growing pains in the Newbee section. You might read that also.

thank you for the reply, I ordered a home hormone test to see if that really is the case. I Understand that the on line questions are just a general analysis, so I would like to be certain before I would change anything. Who knows my hormones might be just fine as there are. So far I have begun to feel sensations, some slight pain, general feeling of fullness, so I'm going to stay on the track I'm on, so far so good, at least I hope so. thanks Pea
