Hi there,

I'm just starting on my BE journey, but I already have a question. Right now I am in the stages of gathering the herbs I will need so yesterday I bought some Wild Yam pills...after I bought it I noticed one of the ingredients was 200mcg of Bovine Adrenal Extract! I was just wondering if this is how WY is usually packaged...or did I just buy something weird? I don't know if I feel comfortable taking bovince adrenal extract-does anyone else out there take it?

A little background on me, I am 19 years old,! I am barely a 34b...and although I should be used to this size I used to be a lot bigger before I lost a lot of weight-a C or sometimes D. I was about fifty pounds over weight...so my boobs are totally deflated now and I really would like to fill the loose skin on my breasts.

Ok I'm really excited about BE and would appreciate any advice from you all!

Hmm that's odd...I can't account for others but I get my Wild Yam from GNC and the only other ingredient besides the Wild Yam is gelatin (which is normal) but no Bovine Adrenal Extract. I'm not very familiar, but I wonder if that is Bovine Ovary? What brand is it?

Oh, welcome to the board! I'm kind of new too (I just started about a month ago) and it sounds like you have similar stats. You should post a stats page

That is not a common ingredient for Wild Yam.

You should return them if they are unopened for pure wild yam.

The side effects of adrenal extract if you don't need it can be uncomfortable. I've seen it - it ain't pretty - mostly uncontrollable panic attacks.

Return the pills.

Thanks everyone for your replies, especially Fawn. Unfortunately I already opened them...but I won't take these pills anyway. From now on I'll read the ingredients list before I buy my products-silly me.

And to goodygirl, I'll definitely post a stats page as soon as I find a measuring tape! hehe
