Hey hey...
just wanted to pop in, introduce myself and let you know I have offically started the flat2fab program about 5 days ago.
Today I took my first measurement I was 31.5 inches across the ribs and 34.5 inches across the breast... but soon to change!!
I did also take a picture for history's sake and when there is some wonderful progress to post, I will make sure to do so.
I am going to follow the plan as is, for a bit and see if if it may need some tweeking for my needs as we go.
The only difference I will have will be with the dosing, as a christian it is not something that we can rely on, however I did think instead it is a wonderful opportunity to just spend that time praying over my growth instead.
So, I cant wait to see how it turns out in a few months.
Just wondering if anybody here is up in Canada? I am having trouble finding the hops extract locally and am going to have to order online. But I am wondering if anyone has found a online retailer that has resonable international shipping costs? Or even better, a Canadian based one?
hugs to all

Hi Jo-
I'm also a very Christian who dowses. The biggest mis-conception about dowsing is WHAT it actually is. I think the doctrine in 'Real Breasts' is more sound (non-dowsing portion) than the progesterone suggestions in Flat2Fab, but you will find that out soon enough yourself. Adding all sorts of hormones to the body when you don't really understand what's going on can reck havoc on a person. Anyways, dowsing is simply reading your biofields. It's like what a compass does in helping to read the 'fields' of the earth, except we read it about ourselves.
Anyways, best of luck with NBE and lots of patience to you.

Hi Jo--I'm from Canada and also a Christian. I was hesitant about the dowsing (and hypnosis) for that reason. I couldn't find all the herbs I needed, here, either and the hops extract was one of them. When I was in the states this summer I picked some up. You could try www.vitaminshoppe.comNot sure what their shipping is yet as I have never ordered online, just visited the store. They have pretty good prices and selection. I noticed they don't ship progesterone cream to Canada either. That stuff is about $35 a pop, here. I picked up some natural progesterone USP in the states for about $10. All the best!

Hi Jo,
I live in Canada too, in BC. I too have started the Flat2Fab program 8 days ago (prior to that, I was on the progesterone cream for a week in order to prepare myself for the routine). I am going to post my routine soon. I am 29" around my ribcage and 33" around my bust. I also have some before and after photo albums if you check out the pictures section here. I'm not doing dowsing either.
Have you tried any other natural breast enlargement methods before starting Flat2Fab? I've tried other breast enlargement pills with no results, so I hope that this works for me.
I also could not find any hops liquid extract in any of the health food stores where I live (and I visited almost every store). I heard you could buy it at a brewery, but I did not check. So I'm going to leave out hops extract for now because I cannot find it, and ordering online takes forever from the United States, not to mention that it's expensive. I'm also limited to paying through Paypal since I don't have a credit card, and it takes around 8 days for payments in Canada to process!
Well, good luck with your Flat2Fab routine, and I'll post my updates here too.
Cya! ~Melody~

I have used a bunch of herbal breast enhancement pills (the complexes: Vanity, Blossom, etc.) and nothing worked for me. I tried Brava and went from 31.5" to 33". Then I did another cycle a few months later and (combined with Mirifem pills) gained about an inch within the first month. I dropped some weight so I went back down to about 33.5" I started Flat2Fab in the middle of July and I'm measuring 34". The growth and tenderness could be due to my eating more, period just around the corner, and some weight training. Will keep you posted! I also have pictures of going from 31.5" to 33" but am waiting to post them until I have some real good results (I've been told the before photo isn't very good quality, and it's hard to notice a difference). My goal is a full B, (I'm wearing a 34A now) so I think I have to gain about two more inches. I have a fairly small frame, so a B would be perfect, at least I would look symetrical

Hi Jo Like a few other girls, I'm also from Canada and Christian as well. I've dowsed a few times and at first, I was also concerned about it being some sort of odd religious practice. But I've come to realize that it's more along the lines of reading energy levels. Sort of reminds me of feng shui (I'm Chinese.. it's basically a practice of arranging your home for optimal energy flow). Anyways good luck with your NBE!!

Wow, thanks all of you for your wonderful warm welcome!! Wen, do you have a link for the "realbreast" program? I couldn't find a link and can't seem to find a search engine on this bb. How did those that used the Brava like it??? I have thought about it often but shipping to Canada is crazy.... I need an american contact to redirect it to me... and big bucks.... Have you guess out grown yours or stopped using them? Are they something one can use "second hand"? I know when I called they asked me for all my measurements and I got the impression it was going to be customed shaped for me. I did finalaly find that GAIA herbs carry hops extract and Nutrition House in Winnipeg is going to order it in for me... approx $17 or so... much better than $15 plus exchange plus anywhere from $15 to $30 for shipping!!!! LOL!!!!!! Wow... the craziness we'll go thru, huh??? And to answer some of your questions, yes, I did use the SBS program for maybe 9 months, and then another locally bought brand (Breast and Balance) on and off. When I wasn't on those, I was just popping sp's and other estrogen herbs.... I never knew anything about the balancing hormones... I found that so fasinating to know and I hope that knowlege makes a difference. Really, its been a few years on and off doing this... maybe 5 and yes, I do think there is a difference.. maybe not so much in size as I have never changed a cup size, but I can look at myself and I don't seem so droppy and empty. There is definately more fulness and I can actually see a round shape and if I do think they are purdy darn perky!!!! Even if I do say so myself!! Not so much like a couple deflated bannanas After 3 nursing babies... anything is progress!!!! Anyways, thanks so much for making me feel at home... You all seem like a sincere and sweet bunch...can't wait to get to know you better hugs and squishes.... jo

Hey Jo
If you're serious about Brava you can buy it direct from the company off ebay. Their units usually go for $750. I'm not sure why they will sell to Canadians through ebay and not through their website.
I bought a couple sets of domes second hand and used the airlock instead of the smartbox, so it was much cheaper and in my opinion gave more pressure than the smartbox. I learned the hard way that you cannot lose any weight while using Brava. It is pulling on your tissue and essentially breaking it and allowing new tissue to form, so if there aren't any nutrients coming from your diet, new tissue won't grow.
I highly recomend you use the herbs first before going on Brava. I think I was one of the lucky ones because I had no serious skin problems like some did. And I did get some growth (1 1/2 inches the first round, 1 inch the second round), also I got used to sleeping on my back which you have to do...it takes a lot of commitment, much more than taking herbs and doing massage every day! YOu have to keep it on for 10 hours (I usually kept mine on for 14 to 20 hours per day, depending if I had to work or not). It became my life for 3 months.
Brava frowns on using second hand domes, but I think that's because they lose money that way. There were girls who complained (on a Brava forum) about getting skin irratations even with new domes!
Brava is supposed to work good for women who have breast fed. I have tight skin so it was hard for me. I would keep it in mind, but definately try the herbs first. OR you can use both (it's just hard to get the domes to stick to your skin after you've done the massage, but it can be done...I tried it).
Best of luck to you!

Heya Jo- Brava is a waste of time because it mostly swells the breast tissue, which doesn't= growth. For sucking, one is better off using a real breast pump to rasie the prolactin in the body like a baby's suckling/massaging would cause. Search on this board for the past 700 days for Brava reviews by people who used it. 'Real Breasts' e-book is at www.realhealthmethod.com/page0002.htmlHappy reading! Wen'

I realized the big problem with Brava was the whole thing of the different sized domes...like how they'd want you go "grow into" large domes...I think that might've been just a sneaky way to sell more domes. I never understood why they had this big secrecy about selling spare domes ONLY to registered users. Even though the airlock hurt their pride & all, if they would open things up & just sell domes to interested people, they'd make some extra sales. You're lucky that you got such good results from Brava. The whole sleeping on the back thing was what ruled me out. If I could've worn it during the day I'd been fine, but there was no way I could've worn it to work. I was put into XL domes & they were really cumbersome to say the least. I've always wondered if doing herbs at the same time as Brava would speed things up.

If you are using the correct herbs with Brava, if it cups the breast well enough, it could massage them and then could be classified as a 'help' to make the breast grow. That'd be my guess for the best use of it.
