Hey there!! Welcome! I hope U have an enriching experience here! I got all my herbs from The Vitamin Shoppe. I live in Chicago. They should have stores in New York too. Or, U can order online here: www.thevitaminshoppe.com.

Where in NY do you live. There are other less expensive places like Walmart and some online vendors.

Most malls have some sort of vitamin stores in them and while prices are decent, it adds up quick if you need higher doses than are recommended on the packaging... I find it a conveniant stop for my herbs... otherwise online you can do searches and find competitive rates on any herb!

JB, I find that the Walmart on Old Country Rd is really well stocked. Uniondale is less so. Once you figure out which BE route to take, start small and work your way up. This way your $$$ investment isn't so great initially. If there's an Echo or Elm Drug near you that's also good. They carry Nature's Way herbs which are good quality and affordable. I get my herbs from at least two different places. Once you know what you need check out some of the links provided here and order in larger amounts. Good luck to you.
