I'm gonna try NBE around 23 July since that is when my period is due & I start the Flat2Fab routine on Day 1 of my cycle. I'm up against almost unbelieveable odds as I'm going to continue my exercise routine while trying to grow boobs. I'm already a small C cup & would only like to get about 1/2 to 1 1/2 more cup gain. Even despite being low bodyfat & working out a lot, I still have boobs, I'm not totally flat, I just want to fill out my clothes, bras and swimsuit tops a little better. I'm not a bodybuilder or training for a triatholon, but I do run a lot & lift weights, but I don't do a lot of chest exercises.
I know I've heard many times that exercise & BE don't mix and I'm probably getting my hopes up & wasting my time & money, but I want to try it and see if it does/doesn't work so I don't live with the "what if". I went for my yearly check-up last week--pap test came out fine & my doctor advised I get my cholesterol checked. I'm thinking, no big deal, I workout so it should be fine. Well, it came back as borderline high with my LDL being around 146 and my HDL being around 66. Right now, because the HDL is high, my doctor told me to just watch my diet a little more carefully & keep exercising and that no drug treatment was needed at this time. I've heard & witnessed a lot of bad things about cholesterol meds (Statins) and being almost 30, I sure don't want to have to take them anytime soon. I had been thinking about stopping or slowing down on my working out during boob growing time, but right now, my exercise routine is more important that my jeans size, its what's keeping me off some very powerful meds that have some nasty side effects. Even if it takes me longer than normal to grow, my routine will just become another part of my day. I'm in no rush & will do everything as it needs to be done, take breaks when needed and will be willing to be patient & give it time since for my health's sake, I really can't give up the exercise.
