Hi girls I've been reading through this board on and off for a while now and finally decided to post. I'm 20 years old and asian and I'm a sad 32AA, or maybe even AAA (when it gets that small it's hard to tell ) I hate the way my breasts look and will never let anyone see me in public without a padded bra. It's very hard to feel confident with such an un-feminine body! I just bought Lucille Splichal's ebook (Flat to Fab Breast Enlargement Program) and I'm intrigued! I'm very hopeful and would be ecstatic to be a 32B, so I can finally fit real bras! I've been really thin my whole life and right now i'm at 5'6" and 109lbs. I have really small bones and my BMI is at 18. I was wondering, will NBE still work for me since I'm so thin?? I'm thinking the gain will probably be much less since I have a low body fat % And it's not much use suggesting that I gain weight because I eat everything and it's just genetic that I'm thin with fast metabolism. Also, I was wondering, are there any side effects to taking these herbs? I would ask my doctor but I'd be way to embarrassed to bring the topic up! I'd absolutely love larger breasts but I'd be devastated if it means I'll get breast cancer when I'm 50. One last queston! Where can i buy these herbs besides online? I've already been to a few supplement/herb stores and I can't seem to find these. Btw I'm from Canada so if there's any larger chain stores please let me know! Thank you in advance! I know you girls are very helpful and I hope I can show you my success story in a few months!

[glow=red,2,300][/glow]beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1118684899beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1119039989the links above kinda give some idea about that to expect from herbs when it comes to side effects. it can be for some mild but for others unbareable. there MAY (only may) be a slight cancer risk but no one knows for sure. phyoestrogens dont work the same as regulare estrogens like estradiol so its hard to say what kind of risk they pose. i havent read study that showed a link to estrogenic herbs and cancer. just alot of back and forth about how it increases the risk or decreases the risk; scientists cant make up their minds. Its always better to be safe then sorry so i will give you a few suggestions from a previous post. beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=1115555264&page=1these are are a few ways to reduce your cancer risk but most of what you can do to reduce the risk are things you should be doing right now for just general good health. the cancer risk isnt something to be alarmed about really. you can buy herbs from Greenbush www.herbs-international.com/ it has BE tictures and capsules you can also try looking at herbalremedies.com they have all the BE herbs in tincture form and capsules. in from calgary and the only stores ive been able to find all the BE herbs are in herbal shops but usually they dont have the dosage strength that i want for 2 or more of the herbs needed for BE. its a big hassel for me to drive around from shop to shop to find what i need so i just order it online. You may have a large herbal shop near you so make sure you look and see before you order online. the Flat to Flab book should give you some good brands to look up. so you can do a search on each brand and a few good site will come up. i really like herbalremedies.com very much and Greenbush is very popular. the other ladies will give you a few more site to look at for sure. so welcome to the board and i hope you find success with the NBE experience

as for your BMI. its harder for skinny people to gain boobage then fat people because of many reasons. more fat means more estrogenic receptors, more fat means more estrogen in the body, more fat means faster results. there are other factors that affect breast size or results from NBE but it does not mean you wont get results. it may take longer for you or your results may be limited because of your metabolism. breast size is a function of total body mass so the fatter you are the more boobage you have. While on a program you may wanna try to step up your diet for sure if you can because any little bit may help. but there is no reason to believe right now that you wont get any results because of your BMI.

Hi Michelle, A lot of us on here have had success by dowsing. You can learn about it and read testimonies in the alternatives folder. By dowsing, you can find out what will work for your body type to grow breasts healthfully and quickly. I've tried many things before I knew about dowsing and would get so frustrated because i wouldn't get anywhere. After dowsing, I have figured out what my body needs to grow and how much of that I need to take. I've grown from a 32A to a 32C. I'm also thin and have a high metabolism, small bones and on the petite side.

You have GNC in Vancouver. They sell most herbs you will need. I buy from them Fennel/Fenugreek/Wild Yam. I buy Saw Palmetto and Red clover from Superstore.
Good luck, Lisa

michelle, just keep in mind that you are looking for permenant results. permenant results means that you want fat to be stored in the breasts rather then just have gland swelling or water retention. if you have trouble storing fat you may have some difficulties. it can take longer for you and if you loose weight fast you can easily loose what little you do get. so be patient. Lucille is a big inspiration but most women tend to experience ups and downs and it can take as long as a year before you see signs of growth. if you want, you can check her routine to see what she did. there are also other women that have had good results and you can check that out too if you havnt already. i wish you luck

Thanks again ladies! Cassandra, yeah I've read about dowsing as well. It seems like quite an alternative method but I'll probably end up trying it since it seems to work. The only thing is that it seems kind of creepy! (reminds me of a ouija board or something). And thanks for the inspiration as well! Hopefully I can grow as much as you did I'd be ecstatic! Islandgirl: So GNC and Superstore? I checked those out already but couldn't seem to find it. But I went to a smaller location so hopefully I'll find it soon! Btw, Is there a good brand I should be looking for? HoneeBee: Right, I guess I'll have to start eating tons and tons to try and get a bit fatter then, haha. Well hopefully it won't take so long and that I'll be as lucky as Lucy and Cassandra! And just another few questions... I know it's worth it, but how time consuming is NBE for most of you? I had to take antibiotics this week and it's already hard to remember taking it 3 times a day, haha. And there's also the massages and whatnot too... Also, do you share your NBE efforts with your family/significant other? Or can you actually do this all without anyone knowing? Seems like it'd be difficult since there's so many pills to take and they make you smell too! Well I mentioned what I've learned so far to my mom and she freaked out about how it would be so bad for my body. It'd be utterly embarrasing to as my doctor about it, but even if I did, would they know anything about herbs? Thanks again!! you're all awesome

Hey Michelle- Dowsing sounds like ouija board, witch, occult because that's the only propoganda really distributed or rumored. If you ask anyone who does it (after u learn how to do it!) it's a grounding, peaceful activity and process. It's a skill really. You gotta learn how to do it, and it's easier for some people in the beginning than others. If you do dowse, you can learn specifics of whether or not you need to take stuff 3-4x's a day or once. General rule of thumb however is spread whatever ur doing throughout the day. When I first started a serious NBE routine, I set my phone to go off for reminders during the day. I remembered the first and last dose because I left pills by my toothbrush. I only told 1 of my breastfully-denied sisters in the beginning. Keeping the pills in Ziplocs helps keep smell from getting out. The safest way to do this thing is going 'Within' to know what your body needs, but dowsing isn't for all, but it's safest for all. Anyways, tons to read...enjoy! Wen'

Michelle, here is the GNC website. You can browse through the herbs they sell and you can click at the top of the page where it says "store locator" to find one near you. www.gnc.com/category.aspx?id=23&lang=enTheir product seems really good and worked for me ;D If you want to shop online you should look at Puritan's www.puritan.com/They usually do the buy one get two free. It works out to be a good deal even though the prices are U.S. funds. I just ordered some for after my break. Good Luck! Lisa

Hi! I have been on a BE pill for about a month. I had read that if you are thin the you should have 50-53 grams of protein a day. I bought a whey protein isolate drink mix at the health food store. What I had read is that you should split it up into two times a day so I drink it in the morning and again inthe afternoon. It doesn't taste too good but I am hoping that it works. I am not sure exactly why it has to be the isolate instead of just plain protein. mybe someone else knows. I hope all goes well with you.

I am still taking Tobustan fro the Herbal group but I tink all it gave me was some swelling. I am still taking it because I paid so much money for it. I ordered the flat2fab book and it is really interesting. I am currently taking fenugreek, red clover, saw palmetto, tobustan and Gaba(at night) I am doing massage twice a day also. It seems to be alot of work but hopefully it will all be worth it. my husband says he can tell a diffence but he might just be trying to be nice. He wants me to be happy( he says that he is happy with them but if I were a man I know I wouldn't be)If you haven't tried her book I would suggest it, she has alot of useful info in it. I will keep you updated.
