progesterone cream does help the breast grow in some ways? 1) i keeps your estrogen recepters working. if there is too much estrogen in the body the recepters tend to desensitize and they are not as sensitive to estrogen. which means for some nothing may happen During NBE. most women are estogen dominant so this may be one of the reasons why breast enlargement is so hard for some. adding more estrogen may not always be the answer. 2) progesterone is known for maturing the breast during puberty and pregnacy. if you ever have breast tenderness or swelling during mid or late cycle it may be do the high levels of progesterone in the body.
3) there are women who do HRT that may only take progesterone (no estrogen) and there have been reports of some these ladies growing 1-2 cups. Same with the progestins in BC. some women experience growth (or swelling) for BC because of mainly the progestins in it.
but progesterone cream is mainly used for balancing the hormones. its good to use it for breaks every 2-4 months.

Progesterone is an integral part of the menstrual cycle. Simply put, the first half of the cycle involves predominantly estrogen which peaks at mid cycle during ovulation. The second half involves the increase in progesterone culminating in shedding of the uterine lining or your period. Both hormones are necessary for balance. With regard to breasts, again simply put, estrogen is responsible for filling the estrogen receptors and storage of fats. Progesterone is responsible for the condition and quantity of glands. These glands shrink with age and enlarge during pregnancy. Progesterone for NBE purposes SETS the glands enabling the estrogen to distribute fat cells around them. Wen, Fawn, have I got this correctly?

Gigi- Nicely done. Satu- There's really a lot of threads and discussions on progesterone. Feel free to search them up at your leisure. Don't forget to set the # of days to 700 or something high to see as many threads as possible. Honee'- Progesterone helps HRT ladies grow breasts because they re-grow their glands which allows something for the fats to be stored around. Breast growth happens when there's right ratio of estrogen as compared to progesterone (for some ladies their progesterone was simply too low) and effectively low testosterone levels (can reduce it with SP or chemical SP sprilactone in some BC). Atag-
You can use progesterone cream as suggested in the booklet. However, generally, using the progesterone cream if you know you are deficient is good for the last half of your cycle. Finally, the indication is that you would be better off starting Day 8 as suggested. Don't forget to check the amounts that you should be using. I get the amount that you should use will change from week-to-week.

How and when should I use progesterone cream? I am about to start my new herbal routine in a few days (once my period begins this month).

If you are: over 35 or have breast-fed and now have saggy breasts or your breasts are generally saggy, then using progesterone cream is recommended to help u re-grow your breast glands.

Is there anything i can do to not have these effects? Anyone with any suggestions please help! The key word is 'may'. Also, the package doesn't say "you'll probably go into a crazed heat needing sex" either. Since you're dowsing, check to see how much your drive may increase. Sex drive also depends on the amounts of progesterone used, amount already in your system (since you need it, prolly not enough in the first place), and whether or not your testosterone levels are high enough to begin with. There's always cold showers ;D, j/k. Wen'
