My name is Mika. I'm 27 year's old. I haven't tried any supplements yet, but was planning to. I just wanted to get some feedback on if anything out there really works without wasting a ton of money.

Greenbush herbs have a really good track record. www.greenbush.net/hargirbrease.htmlThere are other things as well depending on your physical makeup. Have a look at the stats section and form your own stats page when you are ready. The more information the better. See the routines section. I highly recommend madredesiete's routine and pammy's routine. These are both based on Greenbush's routine. They are buried in page 2 or 3 of the routines section. Be sure to post your routine when you are finished researching and decide on one. Take your time. Definitely see this page: beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi?board=Newbees&action=display&thread=1089385436Wahaika

hi, i've been sort of cruising around the site for a while - and i was so inspired by the success stories. my breasts have always been small (average B) - even before i had my son 13 years ago (i'm 37)... but they were evenly sized, perky and still pretty nice, if not small. after his birth, i ballooned to a D... but when i stopped nursing, they shriveled to nearly nothing, and even worse - one is a cup size smaller than the other... i'm with you, cyrae about not looking in the mirror, it is depressing. i found this site, read thru pammy's formula for success, and i started her routine yesterday. amazing... this am i put on my sports bra (36B), which is usually empty on one side (lol) and my smaller breast filled the cup much more than it did before! is it true? can it start working in less than one day?? i am expecting my period any day now, and have already had the usual weight gain, and lost it, as usual... if anything they would normally be smaller along with the rest of me at this point... i guess i shouldn't question results... thanks soooo much for this board. i can't say how awesome it has been finding it.
as a newbie, i would love to see a breakdown of abbreviations of substances etc. and their meaning, so as to feel more 'in the know'... if anyone can help with that, i'd love ya.

Hi and welcome....pammy's routine is a good one...but there are plenty of options....look at other peoples routines and read read read and you will slowly form a picture of what might be right for you. You will probably change as you go along.
I was right there with you in the uneven breasts after b/f . My improved a lot initially but now are still a different shape, even though they measure the same. A massage routine favouring your smaller breast would be good idea. Make sure you take a before photo and several measurements.
At the bottom of the home page there is a section for BE LINGO which gives the abbrev etc. There is also a section of herbs and what they're for. But basically you can use the search function to search on anything you want to know....
Good Luck rebecca

Hi, I'm not sure where I'm supposed to introduce myself - is it here? I just joined today, I'm 32, Asian, & looks like I'm suffering from the same issue everyone else is talking about on this site. I finally gave in & decided to try one of these NBE. It's called Mega Bust (www.megabust.com). I'm pretty skeptical about it. Started it on Jan. 21st, so I'm 1 month into it & have been taking it almost exactly as it says to. Some days I miss a pill or two & I don't always take it w/a full glass of water or milk as it recommends. At first I thought it was working because in less than 2 weeks my breasts were really tender & sore - but it was a false alarm. I was just getting my period & that happens sometimes, not always. You know what is weird tho & I think has actually worked a tiny bit for me? My birth control pills. It's a progesterone only pill - no estrogen. When I first started taking it I immediately noticed aching & tenderness in my breasts for weeks! And after that I was able to fill out small sized bathing suit tops (with light liners in the cups) okay, unlike before where they were kind of baggy on me. I have read that progesterone is supposed to work against you & actually causes your breasts to shrink but I have also heard the opposite from others. My friend said a friend of hers was on the same pill (known as the Mini Pill or POPs) & her breasts got so huge that she stopped taking that pill & switched back to the estrogen ones. I think she already had big breasts. As I go on to month 2 I'll let you all know if I notice any changes or improvements. Glad to have found this site.

Hi Annie,
You can also start a new thread about this. I get headaches if i take too much saw palmetto. But mine goes away immediately when i stop. Someone else might have something else to say about the headache staying.

Hi Annie, have you checked your blood pressure lately? Estrogen sometimes causes higher blood pressure in some women (that's sometimes the case for women who use birth control pills w/estrogen in them - which is why I switched to the Mini Pill). High blood pressure can sometimes cause headaches. Just a thought.

Read, Read, Read...
Post a stats page. You can design one based on the ones already there.
Read the routines and stats of others and see what might be a good fit. Madredesiete's routine has a bit of theory in it behind the need to ramp up.
Design a routine that you think might work and post it, then get some feedback as a reality check.
Good luck,
Wahaika
