Does this tea actually do anything? I know it contains fenugreek, but I'm not too sure what the other stuff does. Anyone used this before? I drink a cup a day but I really don't know if it has much impact.

Well, it's hard to know if that tea's realy doing much with out knowing the 'concentration' of the tea as such. Does it tell u how many milligrams it contains...if not, ur prolly better off substituting another pill instead, and be done with it

No, it doesn't say how many milligrams there are.... Ahh, too bad I just bought 300 more packs of this stuff. Oh well! At least I like the taste! ;D

Greenbush usually has pretty good customer service (at least they did back when I used them). You can email them and ask how many milligrams are in the tea. They usually get back to you within a day or two.

I emailed them and don't wanna screw up what they said so here is what they wrote back: This tea recipe was designed by Dr. James Duke in his book "The Green Pharmacy". Except for a couple of herbs that were added for flavor, all of the herbs contain the phyto-estrogens that contribute to breast health and enhancement. It is difficult to put herbs such as saw palmetto in a tea and still make it taste good. I am sure that is why he left some of those out. It is always good to add other herbs to your program with the tea. Adding some massage to your program will do the most to boost results. The tea bags total 2 grams or 2000 mg. The largest constituent is fenugreek at about 600mg per tea bag. Let me know how things are going with the tea. We are always here to help if you need it. Thanks, Joel www.greenbush.net
