Okay, so here's the scoop....I went to wally world tonight to see I could buy myself a new bra !!! Here's my gripe...I thought for the longest time, before starting this BE journey, that I was a 34 band...apparently I am more like a 32...which explains why the backs always rose up on me and such! So, there I was looking thru all these bras...and noticed after about 15 minutes of looking thru their selection, that I wasn't finding anything under a 34 band. I thought surely I just wasn't seeing the 32's so I kept looking. After almost 45 minutes of looking, I finally found a total of 3 bras in a 32 band...all of them were 32A's.... So much for that idea, huh? I ended up trying on 7 different styles of 34B's and none of them came close to fitting correctly! There was even a nice lady working in the area, who asked me if she could help me find anything! I told her that she could help me find a bra that might fit me...considering they had none! She looked at me and said, "Honey, I am sure we carry it, u might just want to look a little harder!" She looked a little shocked when I told her that I had looked thru their entire selection and they didn't have anything. So she asked me what size I was looking for and she would show me that they did have it. So I told her that I was looking for 32 B's and C's...she didn't even bother to look...she just told me that they don't carry them! Like I hadn't already figured that out. I asked her why they don't carry anything but 34's on up...and all she would tell me is that they must not see a need to carry something that they prolly wouldn't sell that many of. And because a 32 band size falls under a specialty size, that I would be better off to go to a specialty store and look there! Gee, the last time I checked, I didn't remember a 32 band being that special or that odd! Then she went on to try to hand me a bunch of 34B's....yea, no thanks! I was so mad...so frustrating...first u don;t have boobs to begin with, then when u try to make the most of what u have...no one carries anything in your size! Back to the drawing board I guess! I totally understand. I'm a 32 as well and it's a pain finding bras in this size. I can wear some 34's but it depends on the bra. I have to admit, I was excited when a 32A bra was too small. I can actually wear a 32 B bra if it's a small B that clasps in the front. However, there are some 34 A bras that are too big so that doesn't make sense to me. If you have a factory outlet mall nearby, see if they have an underwear store. The outlet malls usually have good prices and I have better luck finding 32's there. Good luck with bra shopping! clayjar

You don't even wanna get me started on bra shopping I'm unlucky enough to be needing a 32 band or smaller, plus, since BE worked pretty good they make you feel like a freak of nature if you're small rib caged but got some decent size! Mostly, the stores I have to choose from are Wal-Mart and a few others, I don't even bother looking there any more. Have had some luck finding the size I need on ebay, but it's hit or miss if they'll fit right. It gets worse, they can't even agree on the sizes. Say, if you're looking for a 30E and you buy 5 of them from different manufacturer's I'll bet money that not a one of them fit the same. You'd think they would all be standard, but no. There are also a few websites that I've found that make 30 and 32's, lemme know if ya want me to post them. Here's the horror, most of the good places are overseas. I guess Europe has plenty of women who are small ribbed, Americans aren't So frustrating!! Then, when you go to sites to try to figure out your size you can come up with all kinds of sizes they say should fit you. I've been told I'm anywhere between a 34D down to a 30H and every single size in between, I kid you not. The best fit I ever found was in a Victoria Secret 32D I got off ebay, soooo comfy!! They (VS) have finally caught on that there are smaller ribbed women out there, ya might keep an eye out, I hear they will be making more 32's. Best of luck hunting!!

Yea, Walmart has no selection when it come to smaller band sizes...and I even checked out Target and went to Kohl's...neither of them had what I need. Go figure! I am wanting to go to V.S....but am not gonna spend them money yet...all I wanted was a cheap bra that fit correctly! I did try on a 32 B....it was the only one I found at Kohl's, but even it felt like it could be a little big around...so thought I would try on a 30...just to see...but they didn't have one! I am hoping that growth will pick up a little more soon so maybe I would have better luck trying to buy something! Even if I have to buy a 34....I just wish something fit me without leaving gaps! I went to Wal-mart yesterday. I wasn't there for bras but I thought I would look anyway. I always end up looking in the underwear section of a store when I go shopping. I like pretty underwear. I found some 32 A's but not many. I also found some 32A and 32 B's in the young girls' section. That's frustrating. I'm not gonna buy a bra with a picture of a young girl on it. That would be a little embarrassing. I hate seeing young girls with bigger boobs than me. I know that's silly. I'm a bit jealous. I would love to be a full B or a C ideally. Here's to hoping. clayjar

I hate bra shopping too!!! And I really hate swimsuit shopping!!! I mean I wear a 34...but even the A cups seem to big but the AA cups are too small. Why oh why is it so hard to shop for bras?!?! Swimsuits are the worst!! Every single top make me look like a 12 year old boy!! I want some shape. Plus I will find a cute suit that fits perfect in the bottoms and looks horrible on top. That's the only reason I hate summer....revealing clothes when I have nothing to show off!!!

Speaking of e-bay, I never thought about buying supplements there, but I noticed this morning that they have tons of herbs and even BO listed. I don't know if the prices are good or not, cause it's been awhile since I've purchased any BE products, but you might want to check it out if you are looking for cheaper supplements.
I never thought about buying bras there either, Princess, but I am going to look into that now, too.
Is there anything you can't find on ebay?? M97

I wear 32C as well....and I am not big! I'd say I am really a B in terms of volume but my breasts are far apart. So Bs don't fit well at all. Victoria's Secret carries 2 or 3 styles in 32C. Most of which I was not interested in last time I went bra shopping. They had me try on a 34C miracle push up that is apparently made small....34C would normally be too large for me but this one fits great! Apparently, it is one their most popular push ups, and I can see why Glad to hear you found some on ebay... Loren

I too am a 32 band and find it very difficult bra shopping. Victoria's Secret has like 1 or 2 in a 32B, but they are usually padded bras. I noticed that a lot of their 32's START at a C cup. That's so frustrating because I think most women who are a 32 band are usually smaller on top, like an A or B (except ofcourse the lucky ones like Pammy ). I did find on online site that has a decent selection of 32's. It's called Barenecessities. You just type in your bra size and everything they have in that size comes up. The only problem is that one style may not fit the same as another in the same size because there are many different manufacturers. Venus

You tiny people! I am 36A and soon I may need a 38 B. I have been playing softball and am gaining muscle there too now. (I know a BE no-no, but I want my fun!) I have to go to a bra shop like VS because no department store carries my size. And while we are griping over fit try wearing a 33 inseam, 28 waist and having a big butt like J Lo. I wish a were a man so I could just have less shape and just wear baggy clothes. We ladies do it and we look grungy like we are in PJ's. I'd also settle for being a rich girl who could afford my own tailor for custom clothing. I think we all could use that with all the shapes we come in!

I've worked out my whole attempt of BE. So long as you're not acccompanying NBE with a serious diet, and the excercise if for general health, there shouldn't be a prob. For those serious work-out fiends (like body-building, etc.) those would have the most serious conflict of interest. 'Sides if we couldn't walk too fast, do too much and grow boobies, would we have to continue to do so when they come? If that's all it takes to make 'em go, then I'd rather enjoy life. Enjoy your softball!

I know too that exercise is a no no...I usually exercise on a regular basis...mainly for my abs and legs. But I have question...I want to lose about 5 lbs so I can fit into my summer clothes again and was wondering if I would a lot of what is on top?
Back in high school all I did was workout heavily since I played basketball year around and since then I have never had anything really on top!! So I'm so worried about losing some weight...
Should I lose the weight and then get back on BE...or continue BE while losing say 5 lbs?
AHHhh....this is so confusing and frustrating!!!

lilsx1, I think yoga would be fine. I don't know that for a fact but to me it seems like a good way for someone on BE to stay in shape. Now, I've been working out lately, like with weights and stuff and haven't really lost too much yet. But I just started my running program and ran 5 miles today.....so I'm guessing a may lose some growth. I figured I would lose the extra weight I need to and firm up for summer, then concentrate a lot more on BE again. I'm just so out of porportion now that I rather lose about 5-10lbs and be skinny again with still a small A cup than bigger still w/ an A cup. Hopefully though I will not lose anything!!!!!!!!
