Truth be told, I've always been just a tad envious of the short girls. Shortness is cute and delicate, it isn't hard to find a date who isn't shorter than you, you can hem any clothes that are too long (or go to the petites section-- when's the last time you saw a "talls" section??), you can dance to your heart's delight without worrying what people are thinking of that head bobbing above the rest of the crowd... The list can go on and on.
I have never, ever, heard someone put a woman down behind her back because she is short of stature. I think you girls should be proud!

I agree with buffy. Also a lot of men seem to be attracted to the petite side.

Being 5'9" I thought so too until I started my job where 50% of the place is european and they make fun od short girls! I have have ALWAYS been a little self conscious about my height until then, when I heard those comments and starting saying I was the "perfect height" and saying I was tall when it was in a list of good and not bad things about me. However, if I did not want to be a model, I would definately love to be 5'7", that my perfect height...

Too short/too tall, straight hair/curly hair....i think the way it works half the time is what we have , we want just the opposite!! ;D I am only 5'3" and i personally HATE being so short. I wear heels all times of the year that make me look 3 inches taller and i love that. My boyfriend is 6'1" and when i have my shoes off i feel like a midget beside him!! Buffy, i would give anything to be tall, lean......but see, then someone as lucky as yourself says to a shorter girl, they sometimes wish they could have some of those advantages. Girls ....we just are never satisfied, haha

Herbs to gain height- dunno of any in specific. There are some which can help fortify bones. Using those (maybe) along with bone-stretching excercises could possibly get somewhere. Search those excercises up on Google. Someone in chat told me she gained almost an inch doing it, but didn't keep it up and lost it. I'm sure it u do it long enough- it could possibly stay. Who knows.

OMG!!!! I am 5'2" and would never want to be taller. I feel so sexy being short. My DH is 6'1" and he loves it. If anything, I am envious of girls that are 4'10"-5'. Of course I have wide hips and a big bottom with a small waist, so I feel perfect being short. (Except for the boobies.lol)

Hi im new to this forum and I feel like my boobies grew a little using some of the herbs mentioned here altho it's not a cup size, i have hope when i hear the successes of a lot of girls in the forum. I feel like what's so great about it is that you- the girls who created this forum made something that was known to be almost impossible to actually making it possible, even tho there are still other ppl who deny it and reject it with all sorts of comments that its dangerous etc etc . .You girls have really helped a lot of girls out there who feel insecure and depressed and I don't think u can imagine what a beautiful and good deed u are doin! Newayz, kinda got off track of wat i was gonna say i wanted to ask some of the short girls in the forum who are over 25 y/old, if u tried any of the products to gain HEIGHT! I'm real short(5'1') and petite and because of stress and a lot of other reasons when i was younger, i stopped growing. I found some products online such as kimi, yoko, growthflexV, heightgainerpro, miracle growthArginine, growth booster plus- if anybody ever tried these or know anything about them-pls let me know--thanks!

Oddly enough, the realhealthmethod.com folks listed on this board for their p method and 'EE' product for breast enhancement have a sub site for height gain. www.growinheight.com/No idea if it works, just tripped over the link looking at the other stuff. -Parras

I have take all sorts of height supplements to no avail, I've tried sleeping with my feet over the edge of the bed wearing 20 lbs of weights on my ankles for months, playing b-ball swimming etc. Every woman in my family tree is over 5'9" and I am stuck here at 5'4", which is really short for where I come from. When I went to the mall with my mom once the store girl asked "Awww, how old is your daughter, 12? 13?". If you have had your period for less than 8 years, I would definitely try alfalfa, plus 'HeightMax' type blends (they're all the same... amino acid supplements and such). www.easyheight.com is a good resource. Also, it's best to go to sleep before 12 because my dad, who is 6'5", has never stayed up a night in his life.

I guess it really depends on where you live actually. Here up in the Northwest it seems that those who are on the big boned/chubby/tall side tend to have no problems getting dates, and where I used to live in the Southwest......men preferred women on the petite thin/small side.
