The measurements were just of the one.
Thanks for the input snowqueen. I'm aware of the other less desirable ingredients and plan to try raw cocoa butter in the future.

Okay, morning after and the results are in. My measurements are all back to normal. Any swelling was most likely due to the massaging.
I think this cocoa butter thing must be as bogus as it sounds.

I found a brand at Wal*Mart that is Cocoa Butter with Aloe and Vitamin E...it doesn't smell very good but from what I've read all three of the ingredients are good to use on your breasts...so I'm going to give it a try...

Gee, I'm sound like I'm nagging here....but PLEASE check ALL the ingredients before you use it. You do not want preservatives etc lurking in your fat stores...and if this works. which i'm pretty sure it doesn't (4 days now) extra additives might be enough to stop it working.
If you plan to try it get the real stuff.

Can you end up smaller than you were before if you try the cocoa butter method? I'd try it if I knew that it wouldn't cause me to lose whatever I have to begin with.

I can't really see that it could make you smaller - I guess that if you were growing/getting sensations previously, then switched to cocoa butter and it didn't work, then you would effectively stall.....
For me (tho I am 39 and the study did kind of suggest in would work better in someone younger) it didn't work AT ALL. I did it to the letter - I got some swelling from all the massages, then nothing.

This didn't look like any kind of study to me.
I'm curious to see if anyone else has any results from this.

Okay I tried it...followed the directions so far for three days. I think I'm going to stop because its kind of annoying being oily all day. I don't know what anyone else who has tried it did, but I just smoothed on a thin layer at a time of the 100% cocoa butter (after melting it in the microwave) and vitamin E after on the sides, underneath boobs, and on armpits frequently throughout the day and stopped around bedtime. I think this actually worked! I know its not from rubbing cause I didn't rub and it wasn't even directly on my boobs. I can fit a 36 A playtex bra and one of my 34 As fits better. It looks like there is more fat or something...nothing TOO amazing but hey its something. YAY.
