Hi Ladies, I've heard it mentioned here that we should add progesterone every 3 months to avoid side effects?
I haven't been able to find the post which gives instructions on how to do this. Can anybody advise?
Also, I am taking Red Clover to block progesterone - do you think this is going to affect my BC?
Thanks!

Hi Lucille, It is recommended that you take use progesterone cream while continuing BE supplements every 3 mos. Make sure the progesterone cream you use has progesterone USP. Many of the products are just wild yam...that hasn't proven a thing. But progesterone USP, is actual progesterone. Red Clover has not shown to effect adversly to BC.

Thanks, Mominator! How long should I use the cream? Do I use it at a particular point in my cycle? Where do I apply the cream?
By the way, I really owe my recent successes to you :-) I think the advice you gave me on tweaking my herbs has been sooooo helpful. THANKS!

Awwwwe Thanks! You should try to do massages with boobie batter 2-3x a day. Apply heat at least once a day for 15-30 mins. It helps produce prolactin which is VERY important to BE success. You can use boobie batter as long as you want too. I did use it when I went on my 3 mos break. I took a month break from ALL BE forms including batter, to let my receptors regroup!
