I lost 74 lbs about 2 years ago and fat where it isn't suppose to be isn't what I want....I would rather have small breast then to be getting this fat deposits all over me..Should I stop!!! and what is brushing? Dianne, Fat can be expected to go in places other than your breasts-many of us have experienced that. Do a search on the board for "skin brushing" and set the days on the search for 700. You can also look in the fitness section and alternate methods section for topics on point.

Voluptus <has a lotof things> in it, some that contradict each other. Try using separate herbs like in a Greenbush routine such as pammys or madredesiete's. Since you responded (in the thighs) with voluptus, there must be an ingredient(s) that you respond to. Try finding which ingredient(s) in voluptus are causing the gain by trying them one at a time. The voluptas ingredients that are good batter recipe candidates are: Fenugreek seed extract Fennel seed extract Saw Palmetto extract Hops extract (Don't know of anyone who has ever used hops externally, it could be good) Wild Yam extract Licorice root extract (I wouldn't recommend this one because of blood pressure elevation issues) Pumpkin seed extract Pomegranate seed powder Blessed Thistle herb powder These have their place but put them off for now: Black Cohosh extract (Use internally, not in a batter - Could be good in your case because it deals with the runaway LH and FSH levels associated with menopause) Damaiana extract Chaste Berry extract Eat right, take a good multivitamin with a B complex and zinc. Get plenty of sleep. You can use <Yohimburn> on your legs to get rid of the extra fat there. Wahaika

You said some have experinced fat going to the wrong places...Does someone know which herb caused it? Is there anything to make it go away without stopping all the herbs...I am only taking Saw palmetto, Fenugreek and wild yam.. What else should I add for breast growth?

Unfortunately, different herbs cause different reactions for different people. You could try re-ramping up- add one herb at a time every 2 weeks to give yourself time to see if the fats start going away and to know which herb is the culprit for your body. Other herbs to consider, not necessarily add at the same time include- red clover, hops, fennel, damiana, and a host of others. You can check the thread I have pinned in Alt. Methods for a longer list. Try picking the herbs to use based on their health and estrogenic benefit. It should serve you better than just following someone else's routine as it'll be more catered to your needs. This takes a bit of research on your part, but is worth the effort.

>>"What else should I add for breast growth?"
A stats page and a routines page would be helpful. How much of each are you taking now? Are you still taking Voluptus?
One thing, depending on your levels of each herb currently being taken, is to slowly ramp up on Fenugreek until you start getting pains/deep ached/ itches. These are signs that are associated with growth and that your dosage levels are about right.

Just about all estrogenic herbs are bound to cause this - it's pretty common actually when taking internals.
Although it may sound weird, many women don't have enough body fat to support larger breasts, and for them it's an improvement.
If you battle weight problems (like I have), you may be better off with just a topical BE lotion. You may even want to try BO.

BO stands for Bovine Ovary (or Body Odor, depending on context ). It's basically ground-up cow ovary extract, found in such commercial formulas as Bountiful Breasts but also available, I believe, from Fawn's website. I believe some folks have had some luck with it.

If the SP is working, have hubby exercise to get rid of the unwanted boobs rather than lowering SP dosages, especially if he is battling prostatitis or prostate cancer. Also, colloidal silver is great for prostate problems. There are a lot out there. I am of the opinion that ASAP is the best one. Look for results starting in about a week after usage. The cheapest place I have seen is beprepared.com/search.asp?t=ss&ss=ASAP&image1.x=0&image1.y=0Get the book along with a bottle of colloidal silver and you can read about it. Wahaika

I walk 4-6 miles a day. I try to run 5-6 miles at least three times a week...Plus some weights...but not like I should...Maybe It is just not meant for me to have big boobs...The only time I had them was when I was 74 lbs heavier....

If you're a woman, it's your right to have breasts, in my opinion. And especially when it's so easy for a 'man' to grow 'em..LOL.
