Three months sounds about right, or even running shorter cycles than that - three weeks on, one week off. ........Start with 500 mgs and titrate up 500 mgs every 3-4 days. Three grams should be perfectly safe, though there have been some concerns about the mega doses being used by some folks (15 grams +). Personally, I get the trots long before I get that high. Fawn Here's a kinda 'duh' question...if one decides to do 3weeks on and 1 week off: 1.) Do you have to re-titrate each time..or it is more a means to know what u body can handle. That being the case, once u figure out the 'significant dose, u can just go back to it when ur 'on'... 2.) Is there a limit doing cycling this way..like 3-6 months? Thanks!

As far as I know, there is absolute no reason not to continue if you want, for as long as you want. However, it's a good idea to take a break from all supplements periodically.
Cycling along with progesterone might be a good idea.
I would retitrate up every three weeks, yes. after the first cycle, you may want to cut the titration time down to one or two days.

Hello all, Since I started cycling these two I've noticed that my hair and nails have been growing faster. This wasn't occuring the first six weeks of use, only after I took a break. On the down side it also seems to have encouraged the acne but fortunately the tea tree is helping with that. Has anyone else noticed this?

Wen, Could you post your routine with the L-Glutimine? (spelling : Blamin' the fenugreek! ;D You almost got spelling rite (L-glutamine) Anyways, I've updated my Routine. For simplcity's sake, I'm re-posting what I'm doing this month, here. 1200 BO (VP), 800mg Oregano, 1500 Damiana. 1g L-glutamine, 1g Vit C, 500mg MSM. batter #2 (thyme, hops, Puritan's Pride fenugreek, RC & damiana) Mix in palm 5 drops of BB#2 + swab of lotion containing emu oil, vit E, trace amounts of DHEA)I take my BC and half of BO dose around 4p. I then eat dinner and take last dose of BO. Herbs I split take in morn on empty tummy, and b4 going to bed. L-glut, vit C and MSM with herbs before going to bed. Boobie batter everytime I shower..so 1-2x's a day. So far, so good. Taking BO before excercise has happened only once. But will say, after I excercise now, I get tingles. Interesting. I also have sensations when I wake up in the morn. I THINK I see a visual difference. Tape measure will tell next week. Only been doing L-glut since last Fri. I've heard it whispered in chat that more than 1g of L-glut..and acne comes. I'm not budging from this dose for a while.
