I also started taking PM on Jan 27th and just two days ago I started spotting (day 19). Usually my cycle is about 34-36 days, so this seems kinda short to me. I am also taking progesterone in the luteal phase. Not sure if this is my cycle starting early and I should start up with my other bottle of PM or... This is what I found on one website.. "Regarding to the instructions on the box, we have found out that taking 15 days and stop for 15 days, and start again without waiting for the period to start ." I too am confused. Perhaps I should take some BO in my luteal phase. dena

well, today I now know I have started early. So, I shall start my other bottle. I guess my body is getting used to these herbs and just started early.
good luck to all on PM ;D

guys, please go with your gut instinct. i don't think anything that interferes with your menstrual cycle is good for you. of course, that is only what i think. i do not take PM during menstruation. i take them every other day of the month. since i increased my dosages from 3 capsules to 5 per day, i am very happy to say that my breasts are very sore now.. no difference in my measurements however. just feels a little fuller. almost 2 months on PM now.

One of the sure things about an NBE program is that you will probably experience some change in your menstrual cycle. It's part and parcel of the whole thing.
Unless you are on chemical BC.
Chemical BC sort of runs your cycle too, and herbal NBE is similar to BC, and made up of natural versions of similar chemicals, especially if you are doing a phytoestrogen/progesterone cycle as you are.
Stick to 15/15 and your periods will fall into line. Hopefully, this will not be too big of an inconvenience for your.

Yeah, I figured as much (on the 15/15). I knew PM was going to mess with the duration, it just seemed so quick, so it is no inconvenience for me. I have been riding this train since July 2004 with BO. No chemical BC's for me.
Hopefully, my sublim tape and the PM will do the trick.
I will just wait and see.
Thanx a bunch
