Hello there!

I finally managed to return (and to hell with my thesis) and now I'm in some trouble... and I am a bit scared..

I really need urgent help. My menstruation cycle has become reaaaaallly short...like abnormally short, approx. every 20/21 days. This time (today - first day of my menstruation cycle) I was physically ill - fainting and weakness in the knees which scared me.

At first (3/4 months ago) I started taking Ainterol Pueraria Mirifica for 15 days only (starting from the 1st day of my menstruation cycle) .On the bottle there is written that it is suggested to take all the bottle everyday for one whole month. Should I do as it says? I just want my period to be a bit longer (+ a bit of BE), I don't want it to stop completely. I heard that some women when taking Ainterol Pueraria Mirifica for months have noticed that their period stopped... [ at this point in time, duration of cycle: 23 days]

The second month I started taking the herbs as tinctures WITH PUERARIA MIRIFICA. The herbs are: fennel, saw palmetto, blessed thistle, motherwort and all the others good for BE. I took a few drops three times daily. And STILL my period has gotten even shorter!!! [ at this point in time, duration of cycle: 20/21 days]
Breast enhancement is happening ok...but my period is too short! And the feeling of fainting I experienced today was not a good sign.

PLEASE I BEG YOU do answer these questions, I'm totally desperate:

- is it good/bad to take Pueraria Mirifica WITH the other herbs? Maybe I should choose between herbs and pueraria mirifica?
- Should you take Pueraria Mirifica for 15 days only or for months etc like in the case of Ainterol?
- what can I do to lengthen my cycle? I intend to take pueraria mirifica for 3 weeks instead of 15 days - is it advisable?

I'm so worried and scared...please please answer me..

Eternalsky,

You need to stop everything and take a break for at least on full cycle. Do a liver cleanse during this break.

There have been other women who have had cycle problems by doing exactly what you did. The best way out of it is to cleanse and start over. Use St. Herb next time.

Answers to questions:
1. It is better not to take herbs and PM as internals. You are getting too much! Pick one or the other. It would also be better to wait until closer to spring to start a program.

2. I think Ainterol should be avoided completely. Of those on the market, the only one that I would trust is St. Herb.

3. Your cycle may go back to normal on its own. Try that first. It is the most gentle on your system. You will need to clean out your system anyway. If it still hasn't cleared up by then there are things that could be tried, but by then your conditions may change. It is better to do one thing at a time.

Stop everything and take a break for at least on full cycle. Do a liver cleanse during this break.

I will take the other herbs only instead of PM for the coming months. You are right, I've been taking to much stuff indeed!
Taking SP and all the others like damiana and etc...is that still considered 'too much stuff'?

And the liver cleanse is a great idea, thank you!! I feel less worried and scared now. =D
