Anastasia's new routine

Okay so I decided to start my routine today, I was going to wait until my EPO gel caps arrived, but I figure that I can just add it in when they do arrive.

I'm starting with:

1 x 575mg Saw Palmetto 3 x daily (1725mg daily)
1 x 575mg Fungreek 3 x daily (1725mg daily)
1 x 575mg Wild Mexican Yam Root 3 x daily (1725mg daily)
1 x 1000mg flaxseed oil 2 x daily (2000mg daily)

I wanted to start with a boobie batter also but had some trouble with mine tonight. I have fenugreek and fennel powder from greenbush. I tried mixing a teaspoon of each in some lotion, no matter how much lotion I added to the mixture it gave the same result, when rubbing onto my breast after a few minutes of rubbing like mud or sand started to fall off everywhere creating a mess. I then tried mixing a teaspoon of each in baby oil, I got a better result with it I think. What I'm going to try to do tomorrow is put the powder in some coffee filters and steep it in hot water to see if I can get a liquid version from it. Next time I order I'm definitely getting an extract. I do plan on ramping up just thought I'd start lower for now.

I'm 21, 5'1, 118 pounds, there are before pics in the pics section, hopefully I'll have some after pics :) also I have one child, breastfed him for 3 months. I am starting at a 32B/34B center of breast measurement at 34in under breast measurement is 31 1/2 inches.

I have tried other breast enhancement products and such, I explained what I took in my introduction in the newbee section. Any help is much appreciated.

Oh and I don't smoke, don't drink, don't take any drugs besides birth control. I heard it can effect the BE routine but I can't afford another child at the moment, so BC is the answer for me. I stopped all caffeine intake including chocolate 2 weeks ago, so I should be good on that, I work out moderately and have a high protein diet. Protein shakes are my breakfast.

Thanks for the wishes! :) You've had a child, so you definitely have an advantage with that at least. I'm sure you'll reach your goals!

Okay so I finally got my EPO caps in today, so I am adding them into my routine, I will be taking a 1000mg capsule 2 times a day for a total of 2000mg daily, I will also be opening the caps and putting some of the oil in my boobie batter, we will see if this helps :)

I am already telling a difference and it's been maybe a week. I feel tightness in my breasts, I am itching like crazy which is coming from underneath my skin, I am told this is good and a sign of growth. When I massage they do feel firmer already. I'm probably not going to measure again until after at least a month to see if there are any measurable differences.

Glad everything is working out with your routine! I can tell you from my experience that when I added the EPO into my massage, I felt much bigger and heavier the next day. Don't know if you'll feel the same thing but it made such a difference for me with massage.

WOW!!! it's really working so far!!! I did add the EPO once I got it a few days ago, added it to my massage as well. My husband also bought me a very good heating pad, they did actually sell them here, it's one of those one that are sized for your back. I been massaging my littler one (they weren't a cup size different our anything, mainly just different in fullness) more than the bigger one, like when I do the massage I massage them both simultaneously for 10 min, then I massage the little one for 5, then both for 10 min, then the little one for 5, after I'm done I wash the gritty oily boobie batter off with soap and water with a wash cloth at the sink, then I put my already heated heating pad on them for 30 min. Today while massaging they both feel the same exact size!! And when my husband and I were intimate earlier before he went to bed, he told me they felt different, more full and he asked me "which one was the smaller one again? they both feel the same and I can't tell" this made my day today!!! just thought I'd say that :)

I haven't ramped up any yet, I may do that after another 20 days, and in 20 days I'm going to measure again, as for my rash, it seems to pop up each time I massage, I might just have an allergic reaction to something, keep in mind I have psoriasis. I was tempted to use my prescribed psoriasis cream, but then I remembered that it has a steroid in it and I remembered reading steroid medicines can inhibit NBE progress. So I just used some regular lotion on them and the rash seemed to be gone by morning each day, so it's temporary which is good. Also I been getting veins popping up after I message and use heat, I heard that is a sign of growth, so makes me excited :)

I got my noogleberry double pump in the mail a few days ago (3 or 4 days). I have added it to my routine. First day I pumped both for 30 min, right after pumping they were tingling and sore. Felt like growing pains. The next day I pumped for 45 min or so. I pumped both for 30 min then put a clamp on the smaller one and released the bigger one. I want to ensure the smaller one evens out with the bigger one. I left it on the little one for 15 min then took them off. I have been pumping before I do my nightly massage and heating. I massage right after pumping, then I do the heat. Yesterday I pumped for an hour and seems each day I'm filling the domes more and more. I use a cocoa butter lotion on my boobs before pumping btw. I haven't felt anymore tingles from the herbs like I was, I may ramp up sooner than I thought, well see after another week. I'm off to pump, do my massage and heat pad for the night :)

that's great to hear you saw results so fast! congrats! with greenbush they were saying to take more capsules as you go. have you been doing that? for now i'm taking 1 capsule 3x a day and was planning on doing 2 capsules 3x a day next week. what do you suggest?

I been taking one capsule of each herb 3 times a day, except the epo and flaxseed oil I only take 2 times a day cause they are 1000mg capsules, I plan on ramping up a lil soon, I would say start low wait a few weeks till you feel sensations, if you don't then ramp up, but others on the forum probably know more than I do about this.

Update on my progress... I have been pumping a little over a week now and after pumping I have an inch increase, I measure at 35 inches after pumping and maintain that for a few hours. I am told this will eventually not go away so fast over time of pumping.

I am continuing to take my herbs everyday, drinking a protein shake every morning, and after pumping at night I do my massage with the booby batter and then apply heat.

Okay, I decided to measure today since I have been on my current NBE routine for 21 days now, and I have a full half inch of growth! And I am not due for my period about 5 more days. I measured today at 6pm and the last time I pumped was last night at 9pm so it's been well over 12 hours, so I don't think this is swelling! I'm sooo happy, only an inch and a half to reach my goal! I plan to start ramping up a little, the past few days I have ramped up one pill of each herb, I'm gonna go with this for another week and see how it goes. I now take one of each pill including EPO and flaxseed oil in the morning shortly before I drink my protein shake. Then 30 min before lunch I take one of each, SP, WY, and FG. Then at night 30 min before I eat I take 2 of each, SP, WY, and FG, and take one of each EPO and flaxseed oil. After dinner is done, I relax a little bit with my hubby, then at about 8 or 9 after my son has gone to bed, I pump for an hour, after pumping I massage with my booby batter for 15 to 30 min, then I add heat for 30 min. Then I go to bed, by the time I wake up the swelling is gone and the rings from pumping are gone. But I can't believe I got a half inch already! I now measure at 34 1/2 inches at the nipples.

Usually you swell in the week before your period and shrink during your period. I hope it is real growth but I just thought I should warn you that it could be swelling. However, remember that swelling is a good thing.

Okay I just measured tonight right before pumping, lately I been doing that to see where I'm at before and after I pump, before pumping tonight I measured in at 35 inches!!! I have my pump on now so will see where I'm at after pumping. I am just crossing my fingers this inch increase isn't swelling before my period and it's growth. Btw, before I measured tonight it had been 24 hours since my last pumping session, so it isn't swelling from pumping. They say the swelling from pumping only lasts up to 12 hours, after that it's your breasts normal state.

Update: after pumping for an hour I'm at 35 1/2 inches, so 1/2 inch of swelling from pumping.

Swelling is good. If I remember right, you go from swelling, then you shrink during AF, and then grow back what swelling you had plus a bit by mid cycle......like I said, if I remember right, that's how growth works.

Someone correct me if I remembered it wrong.

ok, i did find it unter "other breast enhancement herbs" and it says gel caps but looks like it's a powder.

anastasia, i'm using the fenugreek powder in my massage and when i get the epo, do i just mix the epo with the fenugreek powder in my massage also? or are they gel caps that u swallow? sorry! i feel like i always ask you all the questions! but thanks for always responding =)
