MEASURED IN INCHES:
____________________________________________________________
One method.... _

A) Measure rib cage just under breasts (should be snug)
B) Add 5" to the number, and that is your bandwith
(even number add 4")
C) Measure fullest part of bust
D) Subtract B from C
E) This determines your cup size.
0"- 1/2" difference = AA cup,
1/2" - 1 1/2" = A cup,
1 1/2" - 2 1/2" = B cup,
2 1/2" - 3 1/2" = C cup,
3 1/2" - 4 1/2" = D cup
and so on.....

Examples....
A) 29"
B) 29" + 5" = 34"
C) 35"
D) 35" - 34" = 1

Equals a 34A size bra

__________________________________________________________
Another Method.....

Use the above system to find band with.

Measure from inside of breast, across to the outside of breast.
7" = A cup
8" = B cup
9" = C cup
10" = D cup
and so on....
[image] Tip: Doing both is a good way to tell if you have truly grown after your mensus. Also measuring from your collar bone to nipple is a good way to tell if your breast are lifting.
______________________________________________________________

Another method: Take the tape measure wrap directly under your arm pits evenly, this should be your bandwidth measurement. Do not add anything.
Buy a "test bra." Make sure it fits just right. Don't wear this bra on a daily basis, so as not to cause any stretching of the cups or surrounding elastic that might be present. Every two weeks, try on the test bra to see if the cups are getting tighter. If the cups became extremely tight, and you feel you need a larger cup-size, but there was no change in the tape measure. There can be a few different reasons for this. The breast, being pliable, may not show small increments in growth on the tape measurer. Also, the breasts can widen out and round out without showing measurable growth on the tape measurer. And some of you have reported losing weight, and thus, the area across your back will be smaller, so even if your breasts do grow, it won't show up on the tape measure.

Please remember not to measure to often! This cannot be stressed enough, we all want our breasts bigger over night, but that is not going to happen. It didn't happen as a teenager, and now is no different. Be careful when measuring before your mensus. This can be very deceiving and disappointing due to water. Get excited after you know you have shed that water and measure. A weekly measurements should be sufficient and not heart breaking (hopefully). And if you are experiencing problems or have questions, YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE! Happy Growing!
