Ladies - what's your Cup Goal?
« Result #1 Today at 5:04am »

Hi there!

So, I thought of sharing a bit our goals for fun and to, maybe, understand each other better..?

What do you want to become and why?

Me - Goal: 34B would be AWESOME!
Why: Anything more than that would look weird on my body. I just want a nice pretty handful :)

And you Ladies? ^_^

 Solution 4 Stubborn Breasts?
« Result #2 Yesterday at 8:59pm »

This post is a note to anybody out there who has been doing NBE for a long time, with lil results...

I have stubborn breasts, I realize this, altho my chest is starting to get fuller again on my PM routine. It hasn't been an entire cycle just yet and I didn't grow all that much a year ago (.25") my 1st month either. But time's ticking and I got a wedding to be prepped for in May! So, I've made up my mind to purchase the Noogleberry sometime February to get things rolling. It's like the answer to those of us with slow growth/stubborn breasts, and is virtually guaranteed to work. I've even saw pics of a MAN go from flat to a freakin' 36C!! o_O; Granted, he was taking BO but I doubt he would get that big, that fast after being FLAT with just pills. The NB def had helped. It also gave people a nice shape.

So yeah, all you girls out there having trouble should give it a thought... It's not too expensive and it's discreet. I'll check in again with any updates.

Rule #1 in BE is to be healthy and stable. Read all you can. The best time to start is in about 3 months, so you have plenty of time.

1. Common sense and being in tune with ones body has the best track record.
No gadgets or occult practices (such as dowsing/divining) are required, or even effective.

2. Don't be fooled into thinking that fenugreek and massage are unnecessary. They are vital 99% of the time.

 ATTN: Those with hair probs...
« Result #4 Yesterday at 4:22pm »

Just thought this site needed a thread about improving hair thickness & stopping hair loss (unless I missed it)!

If anybody is having probs with shedding, hair loss or just have fine hair, I recommend using Nioxin topical products. They're a lil expensive yet they're good and should leave your hair looking healthier in a short amount of time. In addition to that, use either Nioxin's hair vitamins or GNC's Ultra Nourish-Hair. Both have received great reviews. You prolly will get your money's worth with GNC tho since they have double the caplets of Nioxin's, include MSM and have alot more biotin (but the taste/size is a setback ). A member from Eve's had mentioned Nutricaps working as well, but they seem to be more expensive.

Continued use with both caplets and topicals will have the best results. But don't expect overnight results, most mentioned seeing results in like 2-3 months.

Check Ebay for cheaper prices on Nioxin.

Hi :)
I've been researching this for a while now and I seem to just keep going in circles... I tend to ramble so I'm going to try and make this one short and to the point.

I'm 19 and I'm on birth control (yaz). I think I am estrogen deficient and androgen dominant (I used this: http://www.drjohnlee.com/store/resource_hormonetest.html#answers). That's just my own guess though. If this says anything, I have very mild hirsutism (as i can recall, the doc didn't specifically diagnose it as hirsutism since it's not severe), as in a few coarse hairs where a guy's "happy trail" would be, one or two barely noticeable on my neck, and the occasionals around my nipples. I have anorgasmia, which hasn't been officially diagnosed, but I'm sure I can safely say I have anorgasmia since I have never reached an orgasm.

I've been trying to figure out what all those signs point to in terms of hormone balance/imbalance, but as I said, I seem to be going in circles. i.e. some sources say not to take certain phytoestrogens while on birth control, some say not to take any at all, some say they're all fine, etc. I'm especially worried about messing with my hormones because before I started Yaz, I'd tried the patch, and woke up one night in sweats and feeling absolutely horrible, and ended up fainting on my way downstairs, then having a panic attack that lasted hours. I'm hoping this was because I didn't wait until the beginning of my next cycle to start the patch, although the doctor told me it was fine to start it when I did. And I'm hoping the panic attack was due to outside factors, but I'll never really know.

Anyway, obviously I am looking into BE, and that was the gist of all my concerns and factors in my situation. Suggestions?

Well so much for keeping this short and to the point :P lol

Begumsahib,

Looks good so far. You might follow the massage with low heat for about 30 minutes. It is still better to wait until closer to March. February would be OK. January is still a bit too soon if you ask me.

Planning my routine any guidance welcome!
« Result #8 on Dec 20, 2009, 2:02pm »

Hi everybody!

I've been around the forum as a guest for a while, reading some info and getting ideas. I'm currently in the planning phase, I've never tried anything to enlarge my breasts but I'd absolutely love to have a bigger pair he he. As i said I'm in the planning phase so I'll share what I have in mind and see what u can contribute.

Thanks in advance!

Age: 25
Bra size: 32A
Height: 152cm like 5'2"
Weight: 45 kilograms like 100 pounds
BC: Yasmin since October 2009, I have a couple small ovarian cysts
Exercise: Swimming 1hr/5days a week

My idea of routine:
Fenugreek 2400mg/day
Saw Palmetto 2400mg/day
EPO 3000mg/day
Wild yam 3000mg/day
Divided in three dosages along the day

Boobie batter:
Fenugreek
Fennel
EPO
Twice a day

I'm also considering to do a cleansing and maybe using milk thistle before starting.

I live in north Mexico, so winter doesn't go much under 0C or 35F, so I'd like to start with my next period in mid January.

I haven't bought anything yet, but I'm checking stuff on line and i still have to check the local stores.

So.... what do you think? If u need any additional info, let me know OK, I'm looking fwd to your comments and suggestions, tnx again. ;D

Is this the same product [InnerLink] /same CD?

If they are 2 different products altogether - which to choose?

Thanks :)

Hi,
I'm in my late 40s, have always been a 36AAA. Have children, hate being so flat chested. Not hairy, but don't have menstrual cycles because of the IUD, maybe lack of estrogen, or maybe just genetically not endowed (mom and daughter not endowed either). Live in the warm Tropics, and wondering if I should just start with the trial and error or Greenbush even though it's December.
