My celullite has increased the past 2 months,is it because of the extra estrogen we add to our body ?I even have a little under my arms which is horrible !Has any of you noticed the same?I'd like to work out but usually I'm so tired from work that I just can't!My behind is the same size but my cellulite is more obvious now. Will it at least go away as soon as I quit the herbs?

hmmmm. . . I hadn't made the connection, but you may be right, shakira8. . . I've been noticing my cellulite a bit more than usual, too. Like I've said before, all this toil and trouble had better be worth it in the end. . .

I'm pretty sure there's a thread somewhere that discusses this, and you're right, a lot of BE herbs etc give us cellulite-i think fenugreek's one of the main offender, because of the estrogenic effects i've got aloadof cellulite on bum that never used to be there. skin brushing is a good way to help circulation and help stop the dreaded C-use a soft bristled brush in circular movements. As I said there's a thread about this somewhere and I think it goes once u stop BE, but yeah-how much do we have to suffer for breasts!!

I guess there are also those lotions that are becoming so popular. . . Avon has a Cellu-Sculpt, and you can get skin-firming lotions from Jergens, Nivea etc at Wal-mart or your preferred version of it. They all seem to have caffeine in them, and some have seaweed/kelp. Anyone have any success with these?

which yohimburn do you use, the ES or DF? which is better?

It depends on what you want it for. To do spots, I would say that most BE'ers would want to use DF.
ES looks like overkill for BE, and since "most users note greater systemic lipolytic effect" with ES, then DF still looks like a better choice. ES might be better as part of an overall weight loss regimin.
I do not use either one. If/when my wife orders, it will be DF.

I'll try the brushing thing.I got a sea-weed scrub soap(korres natural cosmetics) and gonna start using it!So,you do the brushing only on the C-spots?I guess it would be good for the whole body, doesn't it increase blood circulation?I just hope it will go away till next summer!

Hi all, I've used Yohimburn on and off now for several years. The best results were in combination with skin brushing. My experience has been that it works better when you're on a break from the phytoestrogenic herbs. The skin brushing for me is constant while I'm on the herbs and I add the yohimburn during my break. The stuff is expensive so you might as well use it when it will do the most good.

yep-skin brushing increases blood circulation and aids in lymph drainage, and it's good for the whole body-it's great for prevention aswell. i hope u find something that works-i'm also thinking about yohimburn but funds are already a bit low with all the herbs!

My increased cellulite and weight below the waist that I gained on my second time around never went away. Yohimburn did improve it a bit one summer...as does skin brushing, but it seems I never got my legs back. I walk or bike or swim several times a week, do yoga....so its not like I sit on my chubby little behind all day.

There go my hopes!I'll never get rid of it,I don't even have time to work out as you do!At least I hope a part of it will go away as soon as I stop the herbs.
